“Ms. Kimmie” the shift lead should not be a leader at all. VERY rude to her staff then when it came to help me with a return VERY rude, short and dismissive. She is most likely a contributing factor to low staff morale and turnover.

These folks will have you waiting in line for a long time. Having customers waiting while other employees see this and they do nothing to help the counter out. To help the line move forward . Bad customer service if u ask me. Do better

This absolutely is the WORST PHARMACY IN THE COUNTRY. Count your medicine and make SURE you take it exactly as it’s prescribed because the Pharmacy manager at this location is heartless. She declines refills even when the Doctor had approved them. She makes up her own rules and will not make an exception for anyone. Someone in her position should be caring and understand but you willl NOT GET THIS AT THIS LOCATION. She should be fired.

Can never get through to the pharmacy. And when you do it’s like no one knows what they’re doing. My scripts are never filled on time even when they’re on the automatic refill. and getting them to call your doctor for a refill it’s like pulling teeth. Dr Nate is sure missed at that store. Nothings been the same since he and Crystal left.

Too expensive. Prices for items here versus the prices for the same items at another store are drastically different. Dollar general, Family dollar, Dollar tree, and Kroger have all the exact same items for several dollars cheaper.

The main Cashier was on what looked like FaceTime with multiple people She had the phone on speaker with the volume turned up so we couldn't help but hear the chatter. She kept adjusting the phone so she could see and talk while waiting on customers and running the cash register. Of course, this slowed down the line. A customer had problems with the card machine. She kept trying to get the Cashiers attention but the Cashier was paying more attention to the phone instead of the customer. Not to mention it was hard to hear the Cashier due to the volume of the conversation on the phone. Bad experience. Poor customer service.

Trust me.. use Kroger Pharmacy. I give the store three stars because I love the employees and have been coming here for years. If the pharmacy had its own star rating, it would be a 1 star and the store itself would be a five-star. The pharmacy is absolutely horrible in every shape form or fashion. I could give you a rendition of several bad accounts I've had with them, but I do not feel like sitting here all day. I will say this, I have been rudely questioned like a drug addict at this Pharmacy for a prescription I had just been prescribed, and knew nothing about. This is also the only Pharmacy in the City of Memphis that tells me every single time I go, that my insurance is not valid ,to include the day after my wife had a surgery using that very same insurance. Store and employees are amazing! Pharmacy is terrible, go to Kroger Pharmacy it is much better in every way.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy. My son medication was sent in 12 hours later I went to pick up for them to tell me it wasn’t ready they will call me whenever it’s ready 2 days later it was still not ready. I asked our doctor to send it to Walmart when I went to pick it up I was told Walgreens has already filled an insurance claim about the prescription if I want the medicine I will have to pay $300 for it or go get it at Walgreens who does that. No explanation from anyone on the delay or when possibly we can get the prescription.I’M OUT OF YOUR NETWORK

Worst retail experience of my life. I will never go to a Walgreens again because of it. My son bought a $35 wrist brace and a $16.99 arm sling. Upon opening the sling he noticed it was dirty and broken (obviously used and returned previously). I went to return it the next day. I said I wanted to return it because it had been used. She immediately accused me of it. Another employee (I think management) said I couldn’t return it because I just said I used it and am now trying to return it. I again said I bought it that way. They both laughed at me and eventually the male employee said we’ll return it this time. The cashier said I should look in the box next time. I said I would take another one even (one that hadn’t been used)! They treated me like I was lying. Why would my son wear an arm sling just for a night?? I took the money and bought an arm sling from CVS.

Worst experience ever. I was in line with my mom and noticed when the clerk took her $20 bill and gave her back $2 on a $3 transaction. There were no customers in line but my mom and I. The clerk was aware of taking the money but she didn't not want to give her $17.00 back in change. It was when I said, "hey she did give you $20." That was when the clerk, Lauren, gave my mom back the change. How can you allow this to happen? Even if you are wrong, you could have corrected your mistake by owning up to it. Instead a witness (myself) had to step in and say something. How many more precious elders have you rip off? I have heard people had similar experiences at the location, but I have never witness it with my own eyes ? until last night. RUN away don't ever come to this location. This location needs to be closed. If you by chance have to come, be on alert. Because you or your love ones may be the next victim

Last night I went to pick up my prescription (after waiting in line for an unreasonable amount of time) and the tech at the drive-through window was the most DISRESPECTFUL and rude representative I’ve ever dealt with from Walgreens- or anywhere for that matter. I tried to ask her a question and she replied with “What” In a very aggressive and rude manner and that’s just one of the rude interactions I had with her during a three minute period trying to pick up a prescription. I have always trusted Walgreens With handling something as serious as medication but I’m afraid they have lost all of my trust by allowing someone with such a low caliber of skills to assist customers with some thing as serious as medication. I understand that a lot of medical professionals are over work right now but there are also a lot of customers that are sick and concerned and need to be able to trust the representatives that are handling something as serious as a prescription. Also, I tried to speak to a manager or the pharmacist and She ignored me talking and did not answer my request. Unacceptable.

Pharmacy complaint. Got my COVID shot a few weeks ago. Got there 15 mins early like the email said to and didn’t get seen for 30 mins. This time for the second shot I was 10 mins early and didn’t get seen for a full hour. Still had to wait 10-15 mins afterwards in the store. They seemed to have forgotten about me at one point. Not convenient at all.
