If I could give the employees at this store 0 stars, I would. Providing excellent customer service to the public, they know nothing about. I don't know what type of training Walgreens give their employees once they are hired, but it seems they missed the entire presentation.
Me and my husband stopped at this location this morning about 10:00am hoping to get some items that were out of stock at other Walgreens.
When we walked into the store, we immediately saw two employee's working to stocking products on the shelves. One was a young Caucasian female, and the other was a younger African American male. The female looked at us when we walked in and continued to keep working. Neither employee acknowledged us by speaking nor did they did not utter a single word. As we were walking through the store, the female walked past us as if we were invisible and still said nothing.
While we were shopping, we encountered four other employees in the store and they all did the same exact thing, nothing! No good morning, hello, or anything.
As we got all of our items and was walking to the front checkout counter, we passed by one of the pharmacy techs. She was an older African American female. She walked past us looking straight ahead and said nothing.
Once we got to the checkout counter the employee said, "how are you doing?" As if I was alone and my husband was not standing there with me putting all the items on the belt.
When there are two or more individuals, you should know that it is "how are you all doing?"
Usually, I don't spend my hard-earned money at places that don't appreciate my business but today I had no choice. I had been to several stores, and they all were out of stock of the things I needed.
This is one Walgreens that I will never ever shop at or spend my money again! I spent almost $45 in this store today to experience the WORST customer service I've ever had.

This store needs to organize its inventory better. I came to this store to buy some shampoo and it wouldn’t ring up all because it wasn’t in a valid category. I had to waste another 5 minutes to buy another shampoo that thankfully did ring up that time. I’m just asking the management and everyone involved in that department there to please do better when stocking up items for future reference. Thanks!

I don’t usually do things like this. Although, I really think they need to make some changes regarding testing. 1. They didn’t clean the stations in between servicing. I had to take the Lysol can and spray the areas down myself. 2. I have insurance to cover the test. Although, it took so long for them to process my insurance I ended up just paying out of pocket. I could have saved 20$. 3. Without even speaking to me, they instructed someone to go ahead of me like I haven’t already been waiting for 30 mins.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dee the pharmacy manager. She went above and beyond to make sure all may sons new insurance information was applied to our account and ordered several prescriptions that I had been unable to get any definitive information on. Thanks so much Dee for all your hard work!!! Give this girl a raise!!

The worse experience of my life at a Walgreens!!! Do not I repeat do not shop here! I had a photo order that I put in for few days now. I never got a notification that the order was cancelled. Today I and multiple days before I attempted to call the store to confirm my order because I never got my email. Each time I called the employees would pick up and then hang up but claim that the phone wasn't working. I tried to Talk to a manager a person named Kiera Lyn that was there said she was the manger although she had no manager tag on? She was completely rude about the incident and gave no care in the world that I am not without my order for my child's event. I will contacting the better business bureau for this location it needs to be shut down. The treatment you get there is terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars if it was possible .

When I went to Walgreens drive thru, I waited for thirty minutes and the car in front of us is still there. I got very mad and went to talk to the staff ( I had no choice) but she instead yelled at me. I had a bad experience and do not come here because of their rude, insufficient staff.

So, yesterday morning I ordered document printing through the Walgreen's website. It gave me a time of 1 p.m. for pickup. I called yesterday evening and was told they would start on it right then, that they were backed up because of Valentine's Day. Okay. This evening I called back to ask if it was ready and, if not, when would it be ready. The answer I got was they don't do document printing. I said, well the website said you do. Then it was they were out of paper. HUH? I asked when they'd have the paper? Didn't know. I asked, had the paper at least been ordered? Didn't know. The level of I COULD CARE LESS was staggering.Finally, I was like, fts. Just cancel the order.What happened to customer service?

The service is is awful. The pharmacist is so rude and mean. Picks and chooses which medicine she will refill, then will tell you the safe if "locked" when you have a ready prescription. People are sick and in pain and this one pharmacist will choose to not provide your prescription. This is against the law. Horrible Walgreens. Please drive the extra distance for another.

I should have read the reviews first!!!!! I was there for a drive through COVID Test and the pharmacy person took so long to service me, offered me free home tests as extras….. then said she couldn’t do it. I have been waiting for a test result going on nine hours. I was told I would receive it within two hours (which is the test I requested).

Love this location. They are helpful and always stocking items! Also like the fact that the checkout in all 4 departments: cosmetics, photos, pharmacy, and the general front counter.
