The Asian man in the Pharmacy is rude. He refused to ring me up, although the front end was extremely busy. They are supposed to help each other when it's busy.

If you want to be assaulted by an employee this is the perfect store for you!! Never shopping at any Walgreens again. Please train your employees better! This is unacceptable and to see the employee still employed I’m sure it’s because she’s white and she did this to TWO people of color! Glad she didn’t get a rise out of us. I love living in Memphis sadly racism is still alive and well and protected by this company! ?

I experience long wait times when picking up my prescriptions, and there have been times when they are out of my medication and it is also not available at other convenient Walgreens locations. Frustrating.

Went to pickup my prescription a couple days ago and the young lady with the 4 to 5 inch finger nails seems to have an attitude issue no greeting, no thanks for using their pharmacy, and could hardly operate the register or return change/receipt due those nails.

awful service. would give 0 stars if i could. had to switch pharmacies due to cyberattacks on my regular pharmacy i’ve been using for years. when my prescriptions were sent over a month and a half ago, after being hung up on multiple times, i finally got a hold of the pharmacist. he very bluntly told me that my medication was in shortage. i asked what my options were. he basically told me, “there’s nothing i can do, figure it out” in the most condescending tone i’ve ever heard in a medical setting. i called in yesterday to check if my medication was still on back order and a female employee searched and was very sweet and helpful and ordered my medication to be filled. i went today to pick them up, hit the call button, and the tech greeted me with “WHY WOULD YOU HIT THE BUTTON IF YOU SEE ME STANDING HERE?” this location needs to be shut down and these employees need to take their attitudes to employment that doesn’t interact with people, because they obviously have no interest in doing their jobs correctly. literally disgusting behavior. avoid this location at all costs.

The absolute worst Walgreens location ever. Placed a refill on Wednesday 4/24 by phone. Was told it would be ready at 11:00 Friday 4/26. I get there at 11:30 Friday morning stand in a long line for over 30 minutes while all the staff in the pharmacy are gossiping and laughing. Finally I get to the window only to be told the prescription won’t be ready until 12:30. Very unprofessional. Walgreens needs to do better. Get somebody professional in there!!! Switching my business to CVS. Certainly can’t be any worse

Very bad service. I am a doctor and I am calling prescription to a very ill patients and they kept me on hold 30 min and the customer service are rude and horrible. They will not let me talk to the manger either.

God awful, been on hold now for 30 minutes and even though it was my turn 15 minutes ago, they keep not answering the phone and I'm stuck in a loop. Going into the store is just as bad. Now after holding for 40 minutes they simply hung up the phone. The deserve 0 stars. I hope they will open up the other Walgreens again on the weekends because Macon clearly can't handle the volume.

I never write reviews, but it is necessary to address these horrible pharmacy employees. For people dependent on medications, to have employees purposefully hang up on you MULTIPLE times while trying to call in your prescription should be criminal. They will literally pick up and say hold please - then just never come back to the phone. Most times won’t even say anything. They’ll just put the call on hold constantly until the system automatically disconnects the call. As a result, you’re put back in a queue o more than 3 callers stuck in the same revolving door. I have come in the store and called while waiting at the counter with no other customers waiting just to confirm they were doing it on purpose. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB and provide the names of the women I’ve witnessed practicing these negligent business practices. Truly the most unprofessional, unethical, lazy pharmacists I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with.
