The Pharmacist was so kind Thomas. The medication my grandmother needed was very expensive I only had enough money for one. He took his time and searched for a discount to help me be able to purchase both medications. He was truly a Blessing to my grandmother & I. Thank you so much Thomas!!

Attempted to refill my medication was told the refill was already in process… How I just tried to refill it. Was told by pharmacy worker that she didn’t know why my medication was already on refill but it wouldn’t be ready til Monday this is Saturday and I’m out of medication.. Was told that my medication was at the warehouse she would see if she could have it available Sunday.. why is Walgreens refilling medication on their on and making patients wait for days to receive their medications

Pharmacist, sounded like an older man, told me it was “ridiculous” I paid $1200 out of pocket for a medication. Then proceeded to ask me if I was taking it for the right or wrong reason. The medication is mounjaro not a drug. Correct me if I’m wrong but pharmacist go to school to fill medications not prescribe them. How I choose to spend my money should also be of no concern to the pharmacist. The receptionist was so nice but the pharmacist working tonight is extremely rude and needs to keep his input to himself. If I choose to self pay then let me. All he had to say was diagnosis code was needed.

The customer service for pharmacy is unreasonably rude, I cancelled an appointment altogether because of how unprofessional they were. Please avoid if possible.

Just called the pharmacy. Lady is super rude and acts as though she hates her job. Gave me very rude tone when i had a question about my prescription that ive been needing for 2 days now. Hire better staff.

The Pharmacy department is terrible. Especially the African man that answered the phone.Rude and unprofessional. My wife called to check on her medication. Instead of him answering the question, he told her she can go on line to check??? Wow. Also wouldn’t tell her what medications was ready… So inconvenient and not helpful at all!!!

I am highly disappointed. My Dr attempted to call in an emergency prescription and they won’t answer the phone. I’m so annoyed. What’s really going on there?
