I only came back to Walgreen's because Kroger stopped taking Cigna. They're just as incompetent as they were 10 years ago.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. My daughter is going to UM and gets her medication filled here. She first had a prescription sent by her physician last week and heard nothing. She called to check this morning and they said it had been overlooked and that it was going to be filled in an hour and a half-come back. She came back and they said it had not been filled-come back in an another hour and a half. She did again and they said it was “unavailable,”that their system was so “overwhelmed” by her doctors’ three months of refills that they could no longer fill her prescription for her. Folks, Walgreens IT is officially toast. Go elsewhere. What’s worse? They don’t even care enough to call you and tell you there’s a problem-they just put you off until the end of the day and you can’t contact your physician to help.

Unless u have a full tank of gas and time to spare dnt even bother comming here at all. The worst location Eva.Always short staffed, line wrapped around the building and just as bad in the inside meanwhile managers are stocking shelves with a smile. It’s always the same no matter the time of day u come.

Don't try to come here and get a shot if it's within 15 minutes of the lunch break. Never knew it was so hard to get a shot. Should have gone to Poplar and Cleveland location. They will get it done.

Abandon all hope ye who enter here. Arguably the worst pharmacy in Memphis, which would definitely put them in the running for worst pharmacy in America. Not blaming the employees but it is what it is.

TRUTH is always good for reproof, corrections and improvement! Pharmachology is a serious business! the dissimination of drugs is important! Training, care and concern for is needed to keep the customer safe and appreciated! In addition, customers should not have to wait in line for an hour in the Drive-thru. I've waited for an hour in both location in pain! The two that I have used often (Winchester/Riverdale and Shelby Dr./Riverdale need supervision, H.Q. Inspections and Oversight! Winchester needs the Shelby County Health Dept. to investigate and Walgreen H. Q. need to train staff! Staff at the Winchester store are highly unprofessional, rude and uncaring. A call to the store for a prescription or information is rerouted to no where, pick-ups and hang-up, then rerouted back to the initial person! It's like calling a Nursery School an a little one picks up w/o permission! They can't seem to understand who or what you are talking about! So sad...Feeling sorry for the lack of training, skills or intelligence is not helping! They need proper training and supervision! I hold Walgreens H.Q. responsible for the mess! NO MORE COVID EXCUSES!

This is definitely the worst pharmacy in the city of Memphis. They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will, then they blame it on something system wise, etc and never call you to inform you. When asked why they don’t call their clients to let them know, they say “they don’t have time” and physically throw their hands in the air at you. Probably the rudest I’ve come in contact with. We only use Walgreens because our insurance makes us, but we will be switching locations even if it is less convenient. Avoid this location like the plague.

The pharmacy at this location sucks!!! No matter what time or day you go they are disorganized. They never have your prescriptions ready in a timely manner and the pharmacy staff are all rude!!! Extremely rude, they act like they have no patience to help anybody or answer questions without huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes. I changed my entire schedule and went thru the hassle of moving all my info over to a completely different pharmacy just so I don’t have to deal with them anymore…

This corporation has a total disregard for the well-being of its patients and will just close the pharmacy with no warning, but if your prescription is already filled and ready to be picked up it can’t be transferred. This is DANGEROUS for people who cannot go off medications cold turkey. If you can’t find enough staff then raise the wages…it’s not the customer or employees faults that the store is run poorly and offers unsatisfactory compensation. If they can’t be responsible with customers lives then they have no business providing care and they need to be fined or shut down. I cannot overstate how irresponsible and unsatisfactory the service is here, again by no fault of the employees.

Pharmacy needs to just shut down. The outside lanes are always closed, they take forever, the prescriptions are never ready when they say, and they never answer the phone! They will have you waiting/on hold for 30 minutes just to hang up.

I'm officially done with this location. There are some decent employees at this pharmacy but they're drowned out by the terrible ones. When you do manage to get someone on the phone, they're so disinterested in helping that you wonder why you wasted your time. They'll tell you that a prescription isn't in their system while you're looking at the very prescription through the app. The drive-thru line snakes around the building and the line inside will go halfway through the store at peak times. Do they open a second register? Do they ask people whose prescriptions aren't ready or who insist on learning the minutiae of Medicare Part D to move out of the way so that people who just need to pick up an order can be served? Of course not. No respect for your time and no concern for your questions.
