The Customer Service at this store is POOR to 0. I have NEVER gone in a Walgreens where your front register person spent more time with the cell phone than the customer. I was rerouted from the front to photos and back to the front. Management needs to check in. I know it's hard to find good help but this was the absolute WORSE!! Teally, ZERO STARS.

I work for a health care agency. Service with this pharmacy has been so poor, we are now telling clients we will not send prescriptions to here. Pharmacy staff tell clients they never received prescriptions from us, though we have the electronic confirmation. Pharmacy staff do not answer calls when we attempt to reach a live person. Pharmacy staff apparently do not listen to voice mails left, as they also deny receiving verbal orders for medications.

Horrible wait times we had to wait over an hour to get to the window. Once we pulled to the window the tech asked us to hold and walked off where she didn’t return for forty-five minutes. Super rude tech, light skinned girl with glasses. Horrible experience, will not use this location again

Had a horrible experience in the pharmacy today, Jysika the pharmacy tech was THE WORST! I had to wait for an hour in line and then was told to come back to after lunch because it wasn't ready (although the system called saying it was ready). When I came back after lunch Jysika continued to be very rude. she asked me to wait again so that she could get the other window. then I was waiting for 45 minutes and she kept putting me on hold once I kept pressing the call button and even played background music to drown me out. she remained to be rude and kept making me wait although my prescription was already ready this is unacceptable. I asked for a manager and she said he wouldn't be there until Monday and refused to give me a name. Jysika horrible customer service, rudeness and lack of urgency is unacceptable and unnecessary which does not represent your company well. VERY RUDE TECH

Don’t get COVID testing if you really need the results. Walgreens can’t tell you if you’ll have to pay or not. They don’t take payment but you might get a bill from the lab. The lab makes you download an app and that’s the only way you can get the results. Now the app is experiencing technical difficulties and it won’t let me register my account so I can’t get my results. Walgreens can’t give me any information since they only administer the test. It’s been a complete waste of time and I still don’t know if I will be billed or not. The lab might call if I’m positive...
