They either need to hire more staff or better trained staff. This is the slowest pharmacy ever. Maybe it's a certain time you have to come like early morning or wee hours of the morning. Drive thru slow, inside slow...simply ridiculous.

My go to location. 24hr pharmacy is a plus. No not all the employees are exceptional but most are great at their job. I appreciate good customer service and some of the employees definitely have it.

This is highly discriminatory, offensive, unprofessional, & ghetto for a million dollar company to have “no bums” on the side of their building in a high traffic homeless area with people who are dealing with mental illness. The loitering & the panhandling covered the “bums” part technically. If you have an issue with people coming to the store who don’t fit the criteria you prefer, call the police on them. The police are right down the street five seconds away. Take this down.

This is the slowest Walgreens pharmacy in Memphis! I sometimes wonder where did these pharmacist get their degrees? And they seem to be unorganized and displayed at times! I have to check my order to ensure these people.did put the wrong medication in my bag. smh

This Walgreens (1800 block of Union) is my "Go To" Pharmacy. Although they are quite busy, they are efficient, caring & get to you as quick as they can. My husband & I had our RSV shots yesterday. We made an appointment for our visit. Once at the pharmacy, we were given forms to complete. We waited maybe 5 minutes, were called back & within 5 minutes we were done. I mentioned that I would like a Tetanus shot & the nurse completed the paperwork for me, shot was given and we were out the door! Thank you Walgreens for your kindness !

When it was time to get medicine refill, they sent a text saying it was out of stock. A week later I had to call them to check on medication and it was in stock. So no one was going to update me about my medication. Also had to wait 23 minutes before someone answered phone. Totally unacceptable.

The Pharmacist this morning at 3:18 is so Rude. It’s not the customers fault that you work over night. She was rude from the time that I pushed the call button until my return. And after 50 minutes of waiting after leaving the Emergency Room, you would think her attitude would have changed. No it was worse.

I don't think I've ever had a straightforward transaction with this pharmacy. Most impressive, it is always some new scenario of failure. I understand this is a very busy pharmacy, but with stakes as high as making sure people have needed medication, you'd assume they might at least learn how to use their own computers.

Pharmacy was awesome. Tracked down medication and filled it while I waited. The discount was also awesome, buy 1 get 1 free honey roasted cashews. The store was clean and well stocked
