I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at this store, particularly concerning my daughter's prescription. I believe it is important to bring this to attention so that such issues can be addressed appropriately to ensure better service in the future.
On 5/30/24, I called the pharmacy to discuss my daughter's prescription, as I had noticed that she was consistently running out of her medication before the expected refill date. After reviewing the prescription, I discovered that she had been receiving a twenty-day supply instead of the thirty-day supply she requires. This discrepancy posed a significant risk to her health, as she relies on this medication for her well-being.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the store manager, I was met with an unexpectedly unprofessional and uncompassionate response. Rather than addressing my concerns with the seriousness they warranted, the manager appeared dismissive and uninterested in resolving the problem. I also felt that his attitude towards me was prejudiced, which added to the distressing nature of the interaction.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and understanding, especially when it comes to matters involving health and safety. It is crucial that your staff, particularly those in managerial positions, handle such situations with empathy and professionalism. Customers like myself trust your pharmacy with our health needs, and it is essential that we feel heard and valued.
I urge you to look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to endure a similar experience. Proper training in customer service and sensitivity to health-related issues should be provided to all staff members, with an emphasis on treating every customer with the respect they deserve.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in your service and trust that appropriate actions will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

I had worked in midtown and downown for over 20 years and passed by the almost hidden pharmacy probably hundreds of times.
My wife was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, and placed on a very expensive medication, and Community got it down to an affordable monthly rate for us.
Her meds were running low, and she was in Louisville. I called, and they shipped it to her, no extra charge!
Last weel, she was running reallllly low, and they didn't have enough to fill a month supply, and said they could deliver it, on Saturday, I stopped by to pay for it, and make sure that they had the local address, and not the Louisville in the system, when Matt said hey, the truck's in. Wanna wait? Within thirty minutes, I was on the road, relieved and thankful.
We were joking that this pharmacy isn't only a specialty, but special!
Thanks, Community!

I tried to call in and kept getting disconnected. And then when it did pick up it said we're sorry our staff is taking other calls please hold on and we'll be right with you. Well that's fine. But that message played over and over in the loop. I'll bet I heard it's 75 times before they hung up on me
