Truth be told, I remember when Walgreens use to be very popular, and it is still a store classic to this very day. My experience with this particular location is and has always been a joy to think about. You should shop here.

I went to Walgreens today on poplar and Cleveland there was one cashier that was very disrespectful to me and another customer that was ahead of me her customer service was really poor her name was Siri she was a manager very smart mouth she seemed like she didn't want to work or take care of anyone therefore she got smart with me and my mother which I didn't appreciate we decided to move over to the next line and her response was that's the best thing going she didn't have to say that to my mother bottom line is she need the better customer service

Please get a receipt and check your receipt because I was over charge on 1 out of 3 of the items that I purchased. There’s a different between getting over on someone and an accident!!!! I cannot express that enough!!!

St. Jude parents. Do not go to this Walgreens if you need a prescription filled and you are out of state because they won’t fill it. Worst pharmacy experience I have ever dealt with. They act like I WANT to be in Memphis. I don’t, but I have to for my son that has a BRAIN TUMOR.

Called and was told meds were ready. When I arrived, they couldn't find my meds and I had to come back after 2pm because they were getting ready to go to lunch. Not at lunch yet. Pitiful place now.

Pharmacy is not consistent with being open during open hours. I have showed up 3 times (Monday through Friday) in the past week once at 6:30pm, once at 2:10pm, and once at 6:45pm. According to the hours they should have been open at each of these times and were not. Do not use this as a pharmacy if you have a job and need to be able to pick up medication. Once I get this script, I will never have another script sent to this location.

This pharmacy continues to decline. I left a prescription to be filled & was told it would be ready in an hour. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they couldn’t fill it because there was a problem with the prescription. I took my script across the street to Kroger Pharmacy with no issues at all. Do yourself a favor & bypass this joke of a pharmacy! Kroger Pharmacy is so much better!!!

After much reflection, I believe I need to share my experience at this Walgreens. I did speak to the one of the store managers. When I asked the young lady at the register going out could I speak to a store manager she said she was. As I began to share my experience with her she call someone else to come up without telling me. I continued and then she said that someone else was coming. So I did speak to someone. Now my dilemma. I regis for a Covid vaccine online at that Walgreens. My appt was at 12:15. Got there the young lady ask my name and I guess was signing my me up. I told her I had an appt. Anyway it was taking too long and in the pharmacy area, workers were having conversations that had nothing to do with work. The young lady comes with vacc in hand to take me in and then said where is your paperwork? She just decided to ask me about paperwork when O had been waiting 25 mins. I asked her had she run my insurance and she said yes but all U needed was to sign one paper. All of a sudden this tall Dr., I assume came to the counter saying excuse me it takes time to get a vaccine in such a loud rude manner. He is definitely this Walgreens "bully". He continued on with no one "calling him out for his behavior . The employees only looked on to see him continue to be very disrespectful and belligerent. I mean as if I was supposed to tremble. No he was being ignorant. He even as the aggressor said I could leave. He is acting a fool and I should leave. Go figure? I did again share this with man I finally spoke to. This doctor , he called himself, should not be working with the public. There seems to be issues there that need to be addy. I suggested he definitely should not be working there. should have called the police on him for verbally abusing the elderly. I am 61 years old. He had no respect for even that. He is a bully and it is unfortunate Walgreens seems to be getting the worst of the crop nowadays. I definitely would not recommend this Walgreens. Workers in the pharmacy watched his behavior and did not call him to his disrespect, unprofessionalism, and bullying behavior. Shame on them all. I did not get his name, but he is tall and African-American; so am I African- America. Walgreens if you see something wrong; say something that is a small thing in this world we live in now.
