The absolutely worst pharmacy we have ever used! My husband needs his medication, we have always used Walgreens and we just moved to TN in the last few months. Well the woman said she didn’t feel safe or secure because we live near Arlington and he picks up in Memphis. He works at Christian Bro automotive in Winchester! It’s literally right down the road which makes it convenient for him.The walgreens by us doesn’t have this medication, or Kroger has strips which makes him sick. This was disgusting and we have never been flagged. She made us feel like criminals and violated our rights. He uses the same doctor, and have used the same pharmacy for the past few months. His doctor even called and verified this. We have proof of everything, and this is how we are treated. If she doesn’t feel safe or secure, go walk the streets of Memphis at night then

Worse customer service ever. I was on hold for an hour. They kept picking up the phone and immediately putting me back on hold. The store manager was rude and the pharmacist was rude. A pharmacy tech answered the phone finally, asked me how could she help, then transferred me BACK to the store manager who then sent me back to the pharmacy. Like, they really need to hire more people because this is so sad. Makes me want to take my business to CVS.

This pharmacy is the worst and slowest every time I come I always have to wait forever even when there's not but a couple of people in line . One time I was the ONLY one in line but still had to wait over 20 minutes for them to tell me to come in because they lost my prescription. I'm going to have my prescriptions sent to another location. FYI I'm typing this while I'm in line waiting...

I officially dislike going to Walgreens, and it is solely about what they are known for: PRESCRIPTIONS. Whether you call, use the app, drive-thru, and even walking in there will be a long line so make sure you have about a good hour to wait for your prescriptions that you have been waiting for (even received a confirmation that they are ready). Oh, but don't be surprised if they tell you to come the next day or if they hang up in your face. It has become a norm at Walgreens on Riverdale. Worst Customer Service ever for medications!

Horrible pharmacy! Today 12/19.....Neither employee was friendly or welcoming. My appointment for a booster was at 10:30(I was on time). I was first in line, and it took until 11:46 for the guy to give me a 3 second shot. What a way to screw up somebody's Sunday. The pharmacist and his assistant's attitude and demeanor was uncomfortably rude. I asked him to confirm I was getting the correct manufacturer booster. He took so long. SAD EXPERIENCE

Don't waste your time here. Even with appointment you'll wait long. The employees are rude. They don't great people as they walk in or acknowledge when you walk out. They treat you as your invisible.

We made appointments to get COVID-19 vaccines and when we got there they said they had no more vaccines left.... And to "just try other places" but no other places had the vaccine we needed. What was the point of making appointments if they were just going to use up all their vaccines before we got there? We got an email FIVE hours AFTER our appointment time letting us know they were out and not to come to our appointments..... Yikes

Do NOT send your prescriptions here. It would be better to take the extra time to drive elsewhere. As someone who is an MD, I am horrified by my experience and am very grateful that I do not have any serious medical conditions. I moved out of state and needed to speak with someone in the pharmacy to get my prescriptions transferred. It took >5 phone calls, being on hold for an 1hr each time and getting hung up on after ~1hr. I had to call other departments and beg employees in other departments to physically walk back to the pharmacy and ask them to speak with me; every time I was told the pharmacy wasn't taking to calls because they were "understaffed and too busy." I finally figured out how to get my prescription transferred to a Walgreens an hour from where I live. Luckily, the staff at that Walgreens answers the phone and was able to transfer it to a CVS where I live so I won't have to drive 1 hour to get a prescription. Regardless, patients should be able to call the pharmacy and be able to talk to someone. It shouldn't take over 3 weeks and begging employees in other departments to be able to speak with a pharmacy employee. I would be horrified if any of my patients had to go through this. Pharmaceutical medications are not something you can just stop taking for weeks at a time. Do NOT send your prescriptions here. I dare to imagine how patients would be taken care of if I were to use the excuse of being "too busy" to not do my job. When I tried to politely discuss this issue to the pharmacist, he denied everything and refused to listen. This is a huge issue that needs to be addressed. If the pharmacy is too busy to answer calls, hire more people. If the employees are just choosing to not answer the phones to make their lives easier, it's time to consider staffing changes. Regardless, something needs to be done to address this; this is not standard of care.

The folks here are very nice, the stock is average for any Walgreens, they are open 24/7 but the downside is they leave a single pharmacist alone at night at 10pm. That is a management problem but does not reflect badly on the over burdened staff or the store itself. The location is very conveniently located just off the Riverdale exit of Nonconah and they have a huge dedicated parking area accessible from Winchester and side street at lights. I don't know why they have a bad rap but the folks here always go out of their way to do their best to make my shopping and pharmacy experience cordial and the best they can with a limited staff. Also they have security at the door with greetings from them and the cashier upon entry. Gonna go 4 star because people matter, and the people here are great.

When I get enough energy to write corporate a long and detailed description of my experience with Dr. Izaa (not sure if that's how to spell her name) but she had 0 patience and lied about looking up my benefits. I got out of the hospital at 1030 last night battling a bad upper respiratory infection with bacteria....1 step from pneumonia. My friend went out her way to come fill my prescription and was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. So, she came back the next morning and I
