This seems to be yet another typical neighborhood Walgreens. They didn't have the over the counter cough medicine that a family member needed. I ended up finding some beverages, and due the Walgreens rewards program, I received $5.00 off the price. There was only one cash register open, with a bit of a line, as a result. However, the cashier was fairly efficient.

Great pharmacy department. Be patient, as the tech attends to each individual with care and consideration. I love that they also read each prescription, amount, and asked if I had any questions. I been so often that they even know my name. The best part....Walgreens is everywhere so when traveling you can still fill a prescription.

Pharmacy staff are asšholes. At 4:00 pm I got a text that the prescriptions were ready. I drive 40 minutes to that Walgreens to pick it up. Make line for 20 minutes. At 5:01 I get to the pickup window and the girl shuts it. Doesn't even say anything. I go inside and guess what they do? Close it too and acted like they didn't hear me. Had to drive to 6 other different Walgreens to see if they could transfer the medication, well the one my daughter needed was out of stock in all the other ones. I drove for 2 hours around Memphis trying to find a Walgreens that had it with no luck. Nearly an hour later I had to rush my daughter to the hospital because her symptoms worsened. Thanks Walgreens pharmacist!

I've had a good experience here every time so far. The staff is nice and they are all wearing mask and gloves as needed and there is hand sanitizer available

Pharmacy has horrible customer service and the phone kept disconnecting! I had to call back several times!
