This pharmacy location is absolutely horrible. The service is slow and they will give you wrong info regarding your available prescriptions. I’ve made 4 trips in the last week because I couldn’t get them on the phone . Today I waited over 10 minutes for change. I’m done . They don’t consider the customers time and service is absolutely terrible. Don’t go here, save your time and energy and find another pharmacy .

The worse Walgreens ever, I went into the store to get medical for my son and pushed the button for assistance no one ever, ever came, I went to the front and just paid for the other medicines and left.

Bathrooms locked she wouldn’t open it because they were “about to close” and don’t close until 11:00. It was 9:38. Smh.

The pharmacy is horrible. I pulled at 8:01 because I thought they close at 9-10, I never go to this location. And I watched the pharmacist at the window saw me and continue to do something in the screen for 2 mins walked away than come back and act like I wasn’t there. I than waived and she picked up the phone and had an attitude and all I asked were y’all closed? Seriously she could’ve picked up as soon as I pulled up and said they were close. But to act like I wasn’t there is a problem. If you’re not happy with your job don’t work there. The medicine I needed was for my 6 yr old daughter btw.

Love this store. The pharmacy is the best. Caring, knowledgeable, very helpful. Will not stop until they have taken care of you in the pharmacy. Excellent Pharmacy staff!!!

They're pharmacy is horrible, they walk by you like you're not even standing there, your prescription is never ready when suppose to be ready. Then they want to have a attitude with you because they're in the wrong.

Attempted to print photos to this Walgreens (8001 Winchester). Stood at photo area as multiple employees walked past me. Stood in line and got to front for cashier to ask her to call someone and she told me she's "the only one" and she'll be with me in a minute. Waited again as she checked SIX more people out... she never came to help. I finally went behind the counter and the photos weren't even there. Terrible (frankly nonexistent) service; I won't print pictures to this location again.

Sometimes they are out of stock of a few items that my family needs, but that's a vestige of factory supply chain deficiencies (e.g., cough syrup, distilled water, etc.) The main thing is that the staff members are ordinarily helpful and friendly.

After trying multiple places atleast this one offers passport picture service. Wouldn’t say had the greatest experience but atleast the job was done. Can’t believe getting a simple task like a passport picture is so difficult in this city

Woman that works in pharmacy is very rude . Expected me to pull around and get back in a long line after already waiting in one for a prescription I received a ready confirmation for. I explained that I was on break and didn’t have that type of time, she got an attitude & just left the window with no explanation.
