Walgreens on Summer avenue isn't worth a thing I'm done with them I went back to Kroger's @ least I get the correct medication & in a timely manner & the employees behind the counters is respectful to the customers

This is by far the worst pharmacy in town they don't do what they tell you and what they tell you is never the truth it takes an hour minimum if your lucky to even get your prescriptions it's a total joke

Without elaborating about four out of four miserable experiences (I'm forced by my insurance company to use Walgreens), I believe that the problem starts at the top. When employees are so angry, unprofessional, and downright rude, one has to ask why. From listening to "corporate speak" for most of my working career, I know how it negatively affects employees. The problems at this store and other Walgreens are caused by overpaid, cliche-talking corporate types. Until there is a good housecleaning at the top level, there will not be any positive changes.

Just hit the 30 minute mark of being the "next caller" for the pharmacy. Trying to figure out why the prescription order that has been "out of stock" for 3 weeks now, just suddenly disappeared off my orders list. I dread every time I have to step foot in this place... now back to waiting for them to answer the phone (I doubt they will)

The pharmacy is running scams here. Told my gf her medicine was rejected by insurance. She called her insurance and they never ran it. They kept trying to get her to pay cash for it instead. Her insurance told her not to pay for it and they kept insisting the medicine will be rejected would you like to pay cash for it. Today @ 5:30 pm. Do not fall for this folks!

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this absolute garbage of a location. Cashier gave attitude because I asked her to unlock the deodorant shelf so I could get some after waiting 20 minutes. She said I needed to the ring the buttonX proceeded to ring it and wait another 15 before leaving. No one has a key or doesn't care. Avoid at all costs. Everyone at that location should be fired.

this Walgreens location charged me twice for the same medicine. I pre-paid online and I told them that and then two days later I went to pick up the medicine and they handed it to me and I went home. I looked on my credit card statement and they charge me on Tuesday When I paid online and Thursday when I actually picked the medicine up but they never told me they were charging me on Thursday. This is theft. Open an outright theft. I don't know what kind of a freight operation they are posing as a business here but things have fallen apart at this location and I think the manager needs to be made aware of everything and work together with management to improve. I called them back and they said in a couple of days it would be returned it's now been five days and my money has not been returned. I don't know what my choices are at this point except to call the police and have them meet me there.

While this is the closest location to our home, the pharmacy staff need additional training on simple things like CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The absolute worst pharmacy in the area in my opinion. These pharmacists , are ALWAYS struggling, & the lines are always long no matter if you go inside or through the drive thru. Not to mention the VERY POOR AND LACK OF COSTUMER SERVICE. We've come to this location because of convenience but never have come to this pharmacy without personally experiencing my own problems or without witnessing another customer having a problem of their own. For example, not only was my spouses prescription "lost" & never filled a week ago now, but I'm currently in line and witnessed them tell two different customers back to back that they've misplaced the prescription or didn't have it at all. This will definitely be the last time I come to this pharmacy, do not , I REPEAT DO NOT choose this pharmacy if you actually want to receive your medicine.

This is the worst Walgreens model operating! If my parents did not leave close to this one for me to pick up their scripts, I would never come to this store. Prescriptions are never ready! Understaffed. Worst attitudes. Just disappointing for a a operating model for a store brand the projects the opposite public image.

I love this Walgreens! Staff is always friendly and their curbside pickup is awesome. Sales can be AWESOME. Only downside is the parking lot is always full so that can be difficult at times. But this is the only Walgreens I'll go to!

I have been using Walgreens for photo prints for years. The holidays are a tough time for me but I try to make the best of it. I use an app called Picta which I have used multiple times (even less than a month ago at this location). My order was paid for and said it was ready. Upon pick up the manager Kevin was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He said "I've never seen that app- show me your confirmation number". When I did he said "I cant find it I don't know what to tell you" and WALKED AWAY to the back. The gentleman Lionel (I think was his name) was incredibly helpful- running around like crazy trying to help as many people as possible and being as polite as possible. I was astounded that an employee was significantly more helpful than the MANAGER. I will no longer be using this store. On top of that, I get that it was busy with the holidays but there's a way to tell other customers you'll be right with them politely and ignoring any request for assistance in all departments is not it. I ended up having to reorder my photos and PAY ALL OVER AGAIN WITH NO OFFER OF CREDIT OR REIMBURSEMENT. This store needs a serious management adjustment. Disappointed.

Had to get 2 prescriptions filled, doctor called them over to this location at 1pm. I took lunch and showed up to pick them up at 3:21. Was told they were supposed to be ready at 3:30, but would be finished likely at 4:00pm. I decided to leave and come back, recurved the notification there were ready to pick up finally at 5:05 pm. I was busy by this point and returned at 6:50, the drive in had four cars in front of me, nothing too bad I thought. This mind you is normally where the bad idea of optimism rears it's head, 62 Minutes later I finally get to the front of the line. Thankfully I wasn't arrested for vagrancy when the Police drove through! I suppose I should have gone inside to ugly cough until the line dispersed and I wouldn't have had to setup my SSI and pick out a nursing home while waiting. Looking back I should just get the stuff sent to millington and make the drive since it will be ready when I get there. Now don't get me wrong if you want to read the Bible front to back and can't find time...just go to Walgreens drive thru and you will be on the right track to accomplishing that goal. I'll pass, though I bet this takes some of the time in hell any bad person owes back so it's not a total loss. In all seriousness bring a sleeping bag or just avoid this place if you don't have a day or night to spare waiting.
