Probably the worst Walgreens I have ever used. 2 incompetent pharmacists running it. Just transfer your meds elsewhere.

I have never once had a good experience at this pharmacy. They’re often gone past meal breaks, and everything takes forever, even simple pickups. I don’t know if it’s a lack of staffing or general staff indifference, but it’s frustrating every time.

I purchase gift cards every Christmas week for on average between $800-$1500. The cashier tells me today that there is a $500 limit per store. She says I can talk to a manager. I ask for the manager. The "manager " takes the unregistered cards and walks me to photo and tells the cashier there what I want. The photo cashier turns out to be a co-manger and says the limit is $750 per transaction and she will not lose her job because of what I want. She says I can see a copy of the policy manual that states this. I say give me the copy. While waiting I ask manager one why they don't have a sign over the gift cards stating this policy. I point out the sign on the self help photo machine that lets you know the machine is not in operation. Why is there not a sign over the cards. Manager one ? No answer. Manager two brings out the gift card policy and has highlighted for my benefit the pertinent section. It says the following: Dollar limit on sales : Walgreens Division policy states a maximum of $750 per type of card can be purchased by any customer in one 24 hour period. (NOTE: Most vendor partners will only allow $500 per day). Reading that aloud to both "managers " I said then I want to purchase a Visa gift card as the first card type was a American Express and the policy says $750 per card type . This got blank stares from them both. I asked did they want to read the helpful highlighted section and manager two said no. So I left and went to two other other Walgreens and bought the other two cards for a total of three within 20 minutes. What or who is this policy helping ? If I am a thief then I still got what I wanted. Three gift cards. As a regular customer I still got what I wanted. Three gift cards. All this did was make a legitimate customer strike Walgreens off my to go to list. It will not stop a thief. By the way I kept saying manager one and manager two because neither one had their name tags turned around to be seen by the public.

I’ve been sitting in the drive through line for 40 minutes. Behind one car.
