Walgreens Pharmacy is always very helpful. Suggesting coupons etc. If I am on a new medicine they will call me. Ask me do I have any questions.

I've been waiting a week and a half for my prescription. Every time I call I get the same message about the Pharmacy being out of my medicine and are expecting it to be delivered tomorrow. I'm on my 9th tomorrow and still nothing. Getting anyone on the phone has proven problematic.

The pharmacy had about 4/5 workers and they're super super super super slow. Drive thru is literally in the middle of the street and I sat on the inside for about 30 mins. They don't wanna answer what's taking so long. They'll simply tell you \\\" it's someone in front of you\\\". Rude and slow!!!!!!

Great location buttt super slow and rude. Poor customer service. Barely a greeting inside or at the window. I really miss my Wakins location ?

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Every month I have to wait 4-5 days while they order more of my medication. Meanwhile they say "it should be here tomorrow" every day until it finally arrives.

This location was quick and convenient for me to grab my vitamins. It's not the typical one that I go to, but they had what I needed so I appreciate that. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I got a gift card from there and they didn't load my money on it. Then said there nothing they could do. So now i have so call corporate and eBay to get my money back. Do not buy gift cards from this location. They are stilling ppls money. Im out of $45 til ebay can provide proof that the card had no funds on it. I have my receipt and bank statement to prove i bought the card but they cant prove there was no money on the card that is B.S.

Abhorrent treatment by Jimmy at this Walgreens on 3-15-20. My 10 week old son is sick and I dashed up here and walked up at 8:59. The employee Jimmy refused to allow me in to get needed medicine for my sick son. I struggle to understand how Walgreens could employ people who treat their customers like that... Customers in need.

Agt Aron Jay Austin Doctors office sent in the prescription on 3 Jan, 2019. We went on a short trip to the mountains, we returned on 9th Jan, 2019 count the days. Still not one of my prescriptions was ready and filled. Not a single one. I get a txt alert stating: prescriptions are ready for pick up. I get there. And I'm advised they have to ORDER THE MEDS. What in the hell. Its been days already, now I have to go days again without a single med. I will not recommend Walgreens @ 3100 Thomas to anyone not even our PETS!
