This location took extra care of my eyes. And the wait time to see the doctor was great. I waited 10mins to be seen by the eye doctor. Great work guys. Thanks Visionworks!

The original exchange when ordering my frames was very pleasant. However, today when I picked up my glasses, they we in a generic case instread of the designer case that should have come with them. I asked if I could have the original case and the sales rep said he had to go find it. He came back with a case for sunglasses, not eyeglasses! I asked for the eyeglasses case,
Bu he did not have one for the name brand i purchased. I accepted the case, but this leaves me to wonder what are they doing with the original designer cases? I would imagine the cost for the case is included in the cost for the frame? I looked the case up online and it was $25 to purchase.

Mrs. Dorothy was absolutely amazing!! I was having trouble with my insurance and she helped me figure out another way since it was the end of the year. Mrs. Dorothy has excellent customer service skills! She was an absolute sweetheart! There was another lady with blonde hair that helped out too! You need to do whatever it takes to keep them! It's truly hard to find people with that kind amazing skill set!
