You know you found the right place when the staff prioritize creating value for customers rather than making money. Steven was incredibly kind in helping me fix my sunglasses that I bought in my home country without any questions or hesitations, all of it while being incredibly kind and friendly. He also fixed them in 30seconds, so he clearly knows what h's doing. Thanks again, Steve!! I'll recommend this place to all my friends here in Memphis :)

Steven is the absolute best and the service and selection of glasses are top notch! I usually buy my frames from Eyebuydirect but wanted to buy locally this time around and I am glad that I chose VisionWorks. My dad and I both really love the Eye Master Associates next door and it looks like I'll be using this location of VisionWorks moving forward! The entire staff are all so wonderful.
