I called 4 times trying to find out what I needed to do and bring to pick up a walker. Nobody answered. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and they were closed. I called and the man that answered was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and yelled at me. I know I was a late arrival, but answer your phone. All this could have been avoided with a little professionalism. He told me they don't accept Medicare or AETNA insurance, told me to come back tomorrow and he hung up on me. They don't care and have horrible customer service. Now I have to rearrange my schedule AGAIN. I am going to do everything in my power NOT to use them.

As a home health nurse I am always in need of supplies for different circumstances. I have TRIED to work with other supply companies in the city Victory is the best hands down! Oloft always delivers on time communicates properly any insurance issues or other concerns and most importantly always works to resolve problems quickly wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have been using victory for a couple of years now and they are by far the best! I cannot begin to tell you how they have worked with me to find the best equipment such as a new swing that was much better than my old sling. Additionally, they found me a boot for my foot that had been having problems with pressure sores for years! The boot that they have found for me has solved that problem. Finally, the experience just overall is far and above what I was used to. Thank you victory medical!
