Never got help it was super busy. Waited around 15 minutes noone even acknowledged my presence. I'll try again tomorrow.

When I got to the EXPRESS locker inside the store touch screen wasnt working. The security guard had to tap it 15+ times for it to finally acknowledge me. I selected pickup and it asked for my phone number, that didnt work. I then had to step back and look up a device number for my wifi box. I assumed this was what it wanted because I keep seeing this number on all communications. Nope, that wasn't it either. The system alerted a rep which had to go to the back, then she had to get a key from another representative.
It was not express PICKUP. I thought maybe I could scan my ID. Why would you assign a home wifi customer a phone number? Then use this number as verification whenever we do business? When reps ask for for my number I instinctively give out my regular cell, that is not with VERIZON.
You need employee parking! Employees shouldn't be utilizing handicapped parking. Get more seating. Those tall wood chairs are not handicapped accessible!

My wife and I went in today for upgrades, we have not had new phones in a very long time. My wife hates change and can struggle sometimes with technology, when we walked in the store Austin greeted us and was very professional , patient,and toke time to walk us through the steps. He was very knowledgeable on the phones and help us get them setup very quickly. Needless to say if I need assistance with anything I’ll be back to this store

I have no information on this store but how does Verizon stay in business wit all of the less expensive choices available. Online account is a total joke, all day to get log on info straight and cannot log on tonight. Dumb Dumb and Dummer experience.

They sold my friend a scratched up screen iPhone. We didn’t notice it until the light had hit it once we got home and took it out the box. The supervisor/manager or whatever she was had said that it wasn’t replaceable.

I purchased a new iPhone on September 4, 2023. The experience in the store was good and did not take too long. It was a level of service that would have been good in pre-COVID days. Really good compared to what you usually get these days. My complaint is with Verizon itself. On September 14, I received an e-mail from Asurion, who I had never heard of, welcoming me to Verizon Mobile Protect that I had been signed up for without my knowledge. The cost of this was $17.00 per month and it basically duplicates coverage that you can get from Apple. At $17.00 per month you are probably paying for the wholesale cost of an iPhone in a year's time. After some effort, both online and on the phone with Verizon, I was able to get the service turned off, but I have to wait for my bill to get a refund of the charge for the time between September 4 and September 14. Bottom line. Check your bill every month. Just because you read the paperwork when you buy it, doesn't mean you are safe.
