I cannot say enough good about Rachel H.! She was so incredibly helpful and made the process of transitioning my phone from AT&T to Verizon so easy! I was able to hang out as I transferred my iPhone info in case there was any issues and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly before I left the store.
