I suffered discrimination
I'm Latina I don't speak English
I gave her the cell phone so she could read what she needed in the translator and she simply didn't want to help me, saying that she doesn't speak Spanish, but I clearly gave her the
Cell phone and I told him that maybe I could translate but he just said I don't speak Spanish, it's too bad that because I don't know how to speak English they don't want to serve me, it's discrimination that I will upload to my social networks so that it goes viral!!!!! And no one else goes through the same thing

The older lady Bunny's customer service wouldn't have been to bad had she not told me that I couldn't smile for my passport port picture. Only to find out later that that was a LIE. As much as passports COST. It would've been nice to be told that I can smile, but I'm not allowed to show my teeth, or something. Now I'm stuck with a passport that looks like a MUGSHOT. I even called the passport agency and was told it could not be changed:(, unless they had an issue with it. This should not be allowed!

They don't deliver a package at the door or the mail room and then send a sms to pick up the package from the Postal Office 30 mins before it closes. How is one supposed to adjust the time. And they were rude enough to not accommodate being there at 5.05 instead of 5 pm

Doors were to open up at 8:30 .. about 8:38 a young lady comes out …but not to unlock the door! starts straighten papers up and etc while we stood outside the door waiting .. when she finally opens the door she has an attitude already ! Like WTH .. why are you already mad ! Then she had on some tights and a shirt ..smh her attitude continued throughout my stay there .. I don’t understand .. if you don’t want to work .. stay home .. don’t ruin anyone else’s day

Posting this as it might be helpful for someone else in regards to a passport.
The USPS website says that this location accepts walk ins on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9AM- 10AM.
We arrived at 9am and waited 30 minutes and were then told they don’t accept walk ins due to how many appointments are scheduled… but luckily Ms. Nichols was able to help us before another appointment showed up. We were super appreciative of her help and kindness.
I would imagine she can easily turn people away if the appointments are there waiting… so for future reference, assume the USPS website is wrong and make an appointment. LOL.

From a USPS family and this is some trifling poor service. “Less busy than usual” but I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes with nobody in front of me in line. A woman counted out her register and left. Pitiful pitiful pitiful. Skip this location.

We had a wonderful experience today. Clerk 14 at 3:27 pm was super friendly and helpful. She gathered our holiday stamps from multiple locations so we are all set to send out some holiday cards to our friend and family.

Received call from police that they had arrested w individual who had stolen mail. . I had seven checks for bill payment included by the check numbers! These were mailed inside! Had to stop payment, call vendors, make other payment arrangements. What is going on here?.

Came here many years ago...to apply for my US passport since I was traveling out of the country. The lady asked me where I was from (P.R.) she told me that she did not think it was going to be processed. I made her aware we are American citizens. She gave me the form but still told me she was not sure it was going to be processed. Hopefully they have been trained.
