I put in a claim/ complaint because of mail that wasn't delivered. I have Informed Delivery which allows you to see what mail is being delivered to on that day,and if you don't get a piece of mail,it gives you the option to click on a space stating that you didn't receive that mail for the day,and I did that. I had been looking for a specific piece of mail from a company which they stated was mailed out June 3. I never received it,but my Informed Delivery showed me that I would get that mail on a particular day. This is not the first time this has happened. So I continue to wait patiently,and still no show. So this point, it's the end of the month, proceed to reach to the company to see if was sent back to them and it wasn't. USPS kept in contact with me via email about my claim and I received a call from one of their representatives, pretty much putting the blame elsewhere. On that particular day I was to receive that mail,I noticed my carrier didn't even run that day period...I asked a few of my neighbors if they'd seen the mail truck and they stated the same. I'm not the only one in this situation. We,the people depend on the post office to deliver our mail in a timely manner. Personally,I don't think it has anything to do with the Informed Delivery but has everything to do with whoever is delivering the mail. My mail was probably put in someone else's box. I say that because it has happened to me,and I'd take to the right address. But for me to have not received that mail yet,and we're into another month is UNACCEPTABLE!! Moreso than not, the Informed Delivery is on point. And when it's not,that mail comes within the next couple of days. All this is to say that the Postal service needs to do better.

This location closes at 2pm on Saturdays. It is currently 1 pm and worker states she is going on lunch and not coming back before 2pm. This is unacceptable.

This is crazy you deliver the mail at night time hours between 7p-9p
and we have not gotten mail in 2 days. I will be contacting the Post Master in regards to this matter unacceptable.

I was supposed to receive a package from this location and they are stealing packages my landlord played back the cameras and Court USPS stealing my package thinking like it put the package up there and then took it.

I am actually giving this 5 star rating to the mail delivery driver Mallory!!! She brings our packages in a timely manner and is quick to fix somebody else’s mistake. She always has a positive attitude! If we could, we would personally request Mallory every time to deliver our mail and packages. She deserves recognition at her job.

Very rude staff members. They don't follow protocol when it comes to verify hold mail pickup. Can't find any of my mail that was supposed to be on hold but three things was scanned on informed delivery was never delivered but it was processed at the plant downtown. I was told I didn't have a hold for my mail after giving them a confirmation number the USPS gave me. The employees are stealing stuff especially if it involves money or a debit card. They refuse to give names when ask to so you included them in a report. I recorded both visits to find my mail after getting confirmation I had a hold on my mail and then. I was told a lot of other information that wasn't true but they couldn't find my debit cards or check. I've never had a problem with holding my mail or informed delivery until I had to deal with this location. The supervisor is very rude and unprofessional. How it is I can search my confirmation number to edit my hold but they can't. They also know the protocol it takes to investigate all this stuff and they know people will give up. I'm taking this to channel 13 because I know it's more people in the Whitehaven area stuff being stolen or tampered with from this location. Just to be clear every debit card that was scanned on informed delivery since Jan of this year hasn't not been received.
