The Mail Carriers & Mangement At the Location Are Crooked!The amount of complaints from reviews is very telling.I have countless times Watch Mail carriers past my location.Then mark package as undeliverable.Some package did not even show up.I thinking about getting a mail service as some mail comes months after the date is was scanned in there system.What kind of mail carrier keeps your mail for months.Dont Know how many time I catch them parked on the street on the phone!The rudeness and unprofessionalism of this location is noexistant when brought to there attention.I have complained more then I would call normal.They seem to care less about any issues so I thinking this is just more then this area location.Had had mail carrier even attempted to harass me more after.I will be documenting your carriers actions and your customer service to build me a law suit since the issues get look over!

Terrible. Absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers. You could literally hear the lady laughing and having a good time while I wait out front. Then I get told my package is getting sent back to the sender no matter what I do even though the website asked me to reschedule by so and so date. Did so with my full address, redelivery request successful. Two days later it's telling me insufficient address and it's getting sent back. The lady here seems to be messing with people's mail on top of acting like she shouldn't have to deal with you at all. Obstructing correspondence/ obstruction of mail is illegal under 18 USC Ch 83 1702/1703.

If I could give a zero I would this was the worst experience with any business I have ever seen. They opened at 9 am and I had a passport appointment at 915 after being told to wait in the lobby for 30 min and asking when they were going to get to me I was told the lady is on break. Like they didn’t know they had appointments on the books. This was a horrible experience and this post office should be closed down. If you are getting a passport do not go here I repeat save your self the anger of being and stress go elsewhere

The carries at this location are lazy!! The first time attempting to deliver my package they were unsuccessful and put that they had tried multiple times when they didn’t, and the app shows they didn’t. Then they don’t want to re deliver!!

Every time i try to usps ground ship to my home the driver gives my packages to the wrong house and i lose all my purchased itemsFurther upon receipt of a screwed up delivery, I HAVE NO OPTIONS TO COMPLAIN OR RESOLVE

This location have workers who are mean and rude one lady won’t put mail in my grandma box because it doesn’t close that’s not right she ride pass the house all the time without putting the mail in the mailbox she the only one that does it an I will report it

The guy at the front counter was nice. I wish he had been the one who handled my passport application instead of the woman. She didn’t do a good job of explaining the best way to pay. She knew I had checks with me because I took them out in front of her. But she proceeded to tell me I could pay with a debit card or check or money order. So I decided to pay with my debit card since she said I had that option. After I did, she proceeded to charge me for a money order without informing that debit cards are not technically allowed, so it still had to been sent with money order. Makes me wonder what she got out of doing that. She needs to do better.
