Worthless calling these answering machines. They won't let you talk to a human... Jeez. 3 months for 2 packages that was supposed to be here before Christmas.

I did have a problem with missing package. It was put in the wrong mailbox. Postal manager was very professional, investigated, traced my package and got my problem solved. I do get the informed delivery scans by email. This is very helpful.
