So disrespectful and not helpful! I was supposed to get mail on the 28th for my child never got it called the number and they was so rude they gave me another number the the chick was so rude then hung up in my face. I’ll be contacting every news station in Memphis over usps

I asked the courier not to walk on my grass and he told me something smart and I told him that they didn't walk on the grass in East Memphis and he told me he wasn't in East Memphis and did not give me my mail

They have terrible customer service, and if you arrive speaking Spanish, they don't love you or even look at you, it's horrible.
