Very bad experience there by the mailbox keys that needs a mailbox key they went to get my refund back I don't feel like this right for to be a government system where they don't give refunds back when you don't need the product that you paid for and then the women's there they have very nasty attitudes

The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. She took care of my packages and scanned them in so I can track them. These were replacement packages because the first time I shipped them from Crosstown they disappeared. Thank you for your help and pleasant attitude!
