My package has been misplaced/ lost by one of the carriers and it has been since April 20th. Everytime she delivers mail she keep telling me to give time so they can locate package. I need my package replaced. I’m calling and calling and no one picks up.

Dropped off two high value packages that were only scanned as accepted and they have were dropped off almost two weeks ago. Make sure you insure your packages if you’re mailing anything out of any Memphis location. Or expecting anything coming through any Memphis facility..
