1st time - Paid $400 for him to tell me that it would be too expensive to fix my heat and air. Can not believe I paid him for this! I understand you took the dash apart and it was difficult but you did not fix the problem and still made me pay. I didn't know any better at the time.

We brought our Ford Focus here to be worked on. Chris was friendly and seemed very positive he could fix the problem. After 2 1/2 weeks of trying to get in touch with him (leaving messages and texting) he finally answered his phone. He said he we could come get the car. My husband and I went to pick up the car and I could just tell something wasn't right. We paid him and we left. Not 12 hours later our car was still not starting. We called him and my husband spoke with him and Chris said " I wasn't done working on it you can bring it back". Why would you take our money if you were not finished working on the car????? We got the car back to him two days later. After another 2 weeks and Chris ignoring our phone calls and texts he answers and gives excuse after excuse about why he won't call us, answer the phone, or even fix the car. My husband picked up the car and Chris said the battery was "too small" for our car. We left because at this point we all know he doesn't know how to fix the car. Chris refused a refund. We took it to 2 other places and they both said that is not true. Be careful taking your car to Uptown Car Care! Chris is very unprofessional, he is a lair, and crook.

I've used Uptown Auto on multiple occasions from help ranging from tune-ups, minor body work, and new tires. They do great work and provide friendly service at reasonable prices. I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

Great service and unbeatable prices!!! These guys went way above and beyond great service. Was able to get my Jeep Charokee serviced, get new tires and they even fixed my sunroof! This has definitely become my go to shop. Thanks guys!!!

Great company! The gentleman there is really an awesome auto mechanic! Really knows his stuff about all makes and models of cars. The only place I trust to handle all of my auto repairs. And the prices are outstanding!
