Went in the store to have some legal documents notarized and the guy that helped me didn't know his job at all. He told me that I had to sign at the bottom of the documents instead of my witnesses who were the ones that filled out the top portion of the documents, long story short he costed me 45 dollars 15 dollars per witness. I won't be going back there not for any notarized business.

7/9/2024. Again, do not use this company to return your refused packages. They are not reliable and hide behind no way to track. So, it is a good chance you package will grow legs and walk.
6/27/24 I sent a follow up message to the email address you provided for assistance and have not received any response other than your automated no-reply acknowledgement of receipt email.
Do not use this location to return Refused shipments to the sender. They do not provide any way of package locating and you may end up paying for something that is lost or grew legs and walked.

I recently visited the UPS Store and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process with ease. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Staff was knowledgeable and efficient, making my visit smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service and professionalism.
