I sell things on eBay so I make frequent trips to UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ship items. This store has let me down more than ANY OTHER and I’ve since made a conscious decision to avoid UPS as a whole (unfortunately not always possible) after a terrible experience I had around Christmas 2024. I don’t even have the energy to write out the full saga of disappointment and downright ridiculous incompetence I had the misfortune to be involved in. Long story short: I paid to have an item packaged and shipped. I declared value and paid an extra fee for package insurance, based accordingly. Time passes. Tracking says the item never even left the store (suspicious, right? Gee, wonder what happened?). I filed a claim and was led down a 2 month rabbit hole which had no fruitful outcome despite talking to multiple “departments”, sending multiple emails, and complaining to the BBB. Don’t bother paying to have your item insured unless you are a large business and / or a special connection to UPS. I never once spoke to someone on USA soil. Their customer service is beyond useless, isn’t afraid to outright lie, and essentially a scam. It’s almost as if their aim is to frustrate the customer until they no longer care enough to continue seeking rightful reimbursement. I could have continued further but I already spent far too much time and mental anguish. I sure hope somebody is enjoying the expensive item I attempted to ship, wherever it mysteriously ended up.
TLDR: Use the FedEx Store on Poplar in Collierville behind the Chick-fil-A. They are the best.

I came to the ups store I am disabled and needed some help and Victoria saw me from the car and she curried to assist me. She was very respectful and patient. Her service to me will never go unnoticed. Thank you so much!

I dropped my 50lb luggage for shipping in May, they received it. The luggage never got scanned again. It got stolen from this location. If you didn’t buy expensive insurance, they are not going to pay for the loss. Thieves run this business.
