UPS is probably the absolute worst parcel company in perhapse the world. I have been trying to get a trailer that was not suppose to be loaded out per my company's direction and these people loaded it. Sitting here in Memphis wasting yet another day waiting on UPS to sort this out.

they lost my three pallets of my Pecans. It's been a week and they have no answers and won't return emails and phone calls. Worst carrier of all time.

If youre picking up or delivering bring a chair and snacks, because this is THE slowest place ever, it will be 30 minutes per person.
