It was all absolutely fantastic. I was anxious visiting a city I’ve never been before with my mother who’s in a wheelchair, and this was a lifesaver. The customer service was great (thank you, Renea!) and we received a perfect vehicle for my weekend in Memphis. I’m now considering an official purchase. Thank you all so much!

Amazing customer service! Smooth check in and drop off process. They are closed on weekends so make sure you schedule accordingly. Staff is delightful, kind, and so accommodating. The vehicle was perfect for the highways and city roads (even the occasional/unavoidable Poplar potholes)! Highly recommend this company.

Today, thanks to a super awesome man named Adam fixed what I screwed up on my mother's lift inside her van. I got a hook caught and couldn't get it loose.. police couldn't either.. so we ended up calling United Access since it was the preferred dealer in the area when we called Harmar's toll free number. Anyway, I called, not knowing if they'd even come out. They actually sent Adam about 20 miles or so away from their business to where we were. It wasn't even 10 minutes and he had the lift fixed, he showed me how I could have made it start running again (because it wouldn't work at all) and didn't charge us anything. I was totally not expecting that, but even a few hours later he texted me to make sure everything was still working good. Mom and I had already been looking for a new place to use when her lift starts acting up. Thank you SO much for saving our day!

Worst company to do business with. The reps never follow up with you , you have to continuously call, leave messages. Turnaround time in the past has ben ridiculous as well. I really hate they are the only local company, that's the only reason they are getting customers. Please don't waste your time with starting any type of vehicle service.

These folks provide a combination of great specialized technical know-how & experience, rarely seen level of excellent professional service & value for your dollar. Clearly put economically solving the customer’s needs ahead of just making a buck. Highly recommended for whatever your specialized needs require! They really know their stuff. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

? If you are in need of a lift for your scooter or a wheelchair, this is the place to go. We needed a repair on ours and these guys got right on it and fixed us up and at a reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about Matt and the fellow in the shop. (Sorry I don't remember his name). ?
