I received a letter in the mail on Oct 13th saying I had a $20 late fee. So I went to the location on Oct 14th to see what the problem was because my payments are set up for auto draft every month. The young lady at the counter pulls up my information and everything was still the same. She noticed the expiration date expired September 2022 and she updated it. She said she forgot to call me, so I asked was the $20 late chg being dropped and she said her mgr Teresa said I still had to pay it. Why should I have to pay $20 late fee because they failed to do their job with a simple phone call on seeing the expiration date had expired. So I go to my unit on Oct 15th and once I get in the gate to my unit , they have a Lock on my unit so I couldn't get in it. The door to the office was locked and nobody answered the phone. I have been inconvenienced for two days at this location. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Very Unprofessional

I think that prices are okay but the two ladies were giggling and taking a long time to put the information in the computer. Make the customer service a little more friendly to the people that’s spending their money. Thanks

I like U-Stor it but the way that y'all payments are setup NEEDS to change a lil for those of us who don't get their benefits on the first of the month. Everybody don't get the 1st of the month delivery for some of us people have to wait until the second Wednesday of the month. And it's not fare that we are gonna have to ALWAYS pay extra money for our storage. That you for listening
