We’ve moved 3 times in the last 3 years and used different moving options each time. This has been by FAR our best experience. We just finished a cross country move and have been so impressed with UPack from start to finish. No hidden fees and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I would recommend to anyone!

Great customer service, I had to make changes for our equipment last minute because of the size of our apartment building parking spaces and they were very helpful and suggested the cubes. They fit perfectly into the parking spot and we're easy to load/unload. We will be using U-pack for all our future moves. Thanks!

Great experience! My things arrived from Memphis to Seattle in 5 days. My things arrived before me! They held onto them for me, no charge, and dropped them off in Seattle early the day after I arrived. Pod drop offs and pick ups were smooth and the drivers were friendly!

I normally don't write reviews, but this company deserve it! They are amazing, great price and the handle our container with care, all our belongs were pristine after a 1,300 miles shipment. I definitely recommend U-Pack over other similar companies that are way more expensive.

We stored our 3 U-Pack containers at one of the locations close to our final destination. When we were finally closed on our new house, we called and gave them the final destination address and it was "on". U-Pack customer service, the drivers who delivered our u-pack containers, and the Little Rock, AR facility dispatcher(s) were all super helpful, professional, and responsive. When, and if, we ever move again, U-Pack is our choice - this was our second move with them and both times have been problem and stress-free. Well done U-Pack!!

ABF U-pack was a fantastic experience. I called them after checking U-Haul and PODS prices, guarantees and reading their reviews. Hands down ABF reviews were much better. Their customer service team was great. You need to be sure to discuss your plans with the customer service team so they can help you in scheduling the best time for your delivery and pick-up. My 'ReloCube' was delivered to my home on Thursday in Memphis, Tn. I took the weekend to load it and get it ready for pick-up Monday morning. The driver who delivered and picked up my unit was careful with placement and very knowledgeable in explaining how the unit worked and how to load it for safe travel. Monday when I opened my door to leave the U-pack was already gone. :) I scheduled a Thursday evening delivery with ABF in Houston, Texas. They were very helpful and really nice folks. The ReloCube was delivered on time and as scheduled. I took the weekend to unload it and it was picked up that Monday morning - This was the first time I had ever used ABF U-pack to move. This was by far the best do it (almost) yourself move I have ever had. The move before this I had used U-haul and when I reached my destination and went to return the vehicle they noticed a spring had broken in transit and told me how much this would cost to repair. Thank Goodness I had taken out their insurance when I rented their vehicle. You never get a U-Haul for the advertised price on the side of their trucks. It always cost WAY MORE! There is so much I did NOT have to worry or be concerned about with ABF. The price they quoted was exactly what it cost. This was so easy - and cost effective. My advice to you would be call ABF U-pack. Speak honestly to customer service about your move. Talk to the driver about how to load your ReloCube. Follow their advice. Block and brace everything so it stays tight during transit. Then enjoy your drive to your destination and don't worry.

Garbage company that doesn’t uphold insurance commitment. Made a claim for a damaged stove that was secured with straps and covered up and received a notification within 24 hours that they are not responsible for damages. Second time I have used UPACK and my approach to loading the trailer did not change. I can NOT, in good conscious, recommend using this company for moving anything. They are quick to blame their consumers for any damages occurred.

U-Pack was an EXCELLENT resource for my out-of-state move. They have the option of ordering extra containers that they don't charge you for if you don't use. Love that! Of course, packing up a 1900 sq ft house is no small project, but the price was reasonable. My goods arrived exactly the way they were when I locked the doors. I would highly recommend U-Pack to the physically fit, DIY thrifty mover.On a side note, make sure you have plenty of cargo straps, moving blankets, and a step ladder available before you load the containers. You really don't want to have to stop in the middle to make a run to the store for these items. Additionally, you have no one else to blame if your favorite table is scratched because you forgot to put a blanket around it!

This was a relative sudden move with only about a month's notice and U-Pack Customer Service was amazing at helping us every step of the way. The apartment we moved do does not allow trucks to be left over-night, and U-Pack worked with us to get the trailer delivered early in the morning and then picked up the same day after it was unloaded. From price to Customer Service, I highly recommend using them for your moving needs.

A great affordable option. There was a hiccup with date of pickup but it was smoothed over very well. I was definitely recommend this option.

They were prompt on drop off and pickup. My move was from Michigan to Tennessee, I moved a motorcycle in one of the pods and had no issues. I would recommend strapping things down or overly wrapping delicate items as it does move around a bit during transit. But the service was amazing and they were great at communicating when the driver would be coming to drop off

My husband and I decided to use UPack after reviewing and price comparison with several other relocation companies. Their prices were hands down the best for our move from Phoenix to Tennessee. The AZ ABF terminal was great when we loaded and departed and the Memphis team was even better. Ms. Alicia is AMAZING!!! She kept me updated on every move of my shipment. We had issues with housing and she even held it longer than expected without hesitation and no additional cost. These guys go over and beyond to accommodate their customers. When it was said and done I felt like me and Ms. Alicia were old friends! PLEASE keep up the good work and providing A-1 Customer Service!! If ever we need to relocate again we will definitely use UPack.
