Don’t bank here if you’re a small biz. They aren’t set up for it. For example, something as simple as updating your mailing address, you have to go into a branch to do as there is no way to do it online. They don’t waive wire fees for small businesses, no employee cards, they charge bogus fees, even on “free” accounts, no online payment options like Zelle, the cards don’t have a tap option, no way to set up online alerts, no way to auto transfer funds, this is just to name a few challenges. The branch manager on Poplar is William and he is extremely difficult to work with and rude with zero customer service skills. If you must bank here, go to the Highland branch to open your account because the branch manager is Carla and she is amazing and very friendly.

While I may not bank at Trustmark, I was so impressed with their friendliness and customer service when our Girl Scout troop sold cookies at their office. Everyone spoke to the children like they were an important client, including the President! If I was in the market for a new bank, I definitely would consider Trustmark.
