The service is great, but the mobile banking is definitely something less desirable. Trying to keep an accurate account is very hard to do! Even calling in for customer service to find out why cards are in aren’t working a real pain. Overall I do like to customer service at this branch, nice, polite and courteous.

Upon visiting this location again, I was treated much better than the last time I was here. I was treated just like any other patron/ customer/ client. The tellers were polite and friendly. They handled my transaction quickly and efficiently. It looked like there was new staff there but I'm not sure because I don't know how many people they have working for them or how their schedules are. I hope to continue to have positive experiences here when I come to make transactions. Oh and I was also treated much better at the Germantown Pkwy location in the Landmark center. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. I was treated like any other patron/ customer/ client. It looked like they had new staff there too. I hope to continue to have positive experiences at Simmons bank.

The good folks at Triumph Bank have helped me since the first day I walked in. They helped with PPP last year, they streamlined my banking with online wire transfers, and they are ALWAYS kind & considerate.It is wonderful to actually get good service, from a person, these days.

Terrible experience. My refinance took 4 months to close. They kept asking for documents that I already provided, they were disorganized and had no communication. I would leave messages and emails with no return communication. I was finally able to get a close date after threatening to move to another bank (which wasn’t a threat) and working with a manager. Then I received late payment calls from my original mortgage. A mess and not worth the stress and frustration. Pick another bank who cares about their reputation and customers.

This place should be rated 5.0 stars not 4.5. Bryan the manager goes above and beyond. The Arlington branch is just as good. I recommend truimph to anyone. I love this bank.
