My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Guess on buying our first home! Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and incredibly easy to work with. We were able to speak with him whenever we needed him (nights and weekends included!), as he really puts his clients first and understands the importance of customer service. Our family really felt like he cared about US and what was the right fit for our new family. It was a truly enjoyable experience and we highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a mortgage loan.

My Loan Officer Ryan was simply awesome! He was extremely personable and the process from beginning to end didnt seem like another transaction. It felt as if we were in a partnership and he always had my best interest at the heart of this daunting ordeal of purchasing a home in another state. Can't say enough good things about working with Ryan on our new mortgage. Ryan worked with us for months all the way from closing on the sale of our previous home through months of house-hunting and unaccepted offers in a low-inventory market, all the way to the closing on our new home. He made sure he kept us well-informed throughout the process without overwhelming us with too many communications. He sought out every possible way to save us money (ways to reduce our interest rate, home buyer grants to apply for, etc.). Would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Being foreign things are never easy. Taxes, bank account, mortgages can be very confusing. Working with Ryan made my life much easier. Very reliable and always there to help. Few words to describe a whole lot of work, he gets the job done! At the end of the day he meets the deadline and got us the mortgage at the rate we want it! We worked with Ryan Guess and my goodness, we are glad we found the right person! The rate is awesome, and the communication is great! I can Ryan anytime when I have a question, even after work. Everything is open and honest, and it only took them about 2 weeks to clear my loan. Instead of feeling we are doing business, we felt that we are being helped by friends. I recently refinanced my home through Triumph. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was the best refinance or finance experience that I've had with a mortgage company. My mortgage loan officer, Jill Kennedy was thorough and provided timely and detailed responses whenever I asked questions. And I ask many questions since it's my money!! Thanks to Jill it was a seamless refinance process that took less than 30 days. I highly recommend this company for their customer service and of course, their great rates.

When we thought refinancing wasn't possible, Ryan Guess and Triumph made the process seamless. Not only did they beat our current lenders offer by a significant amount, but Ryan offered outstanding customer service and knowledge through the process. The process was super easy and quick from application to closing. Ryan was always available to answer questions and explain everything without hesitation. A normally intimidating process made easy.
