We had the absolute best experience buying our car here. Jim was informative, trustworthy, and patient with us. He was willing to work with us and I was able to take home a car that I love! From Jim to then the financing guy everything about this experience was great!!

went there this weekend looking for a car, they did let us test drive whatever car we wanted. BUT i was going to finance through them and mind you we went to another car dealership which they said the system was down. dude ran my credit knowing the system was iffy all day but still took a chance!!! SMH then proceeded to act like i wasn’t able to get financed. LOL went to another dealership that monday got financed through LEADERS and took my business there! this dealership isn’t honest so keep that in mind. The point was he ran mycredit despite the system being down and not telling us! The vehicle I wanted was 2017. I will never take my services thereunprofessional and clearly liars

I would recommend anyone get their cars from here. My experience with them has been great. I bought my first car from them years ago and decided to go back. The customer service is still great. Everyone was so nice and Jim Sawyer made the process smooth and easy. I was told someone else wanted to look at the car I wanted but I had a funeral to attend so they waited for me. I took the car for a test drive and knew I wanted it. I started the paperwork and everything was simple and easy. Also thanks to the finance guy who also helped to make the process easy.I believe his name was Mike. Thanks Triumph.

Omg! God is good go see Jim he got me approved in no time! My motor lock up on me that Thursday I had plans to go to New Orleans for my birthday that next day,! I went on my trip but in the process of me begin on my trip I was worried about me not having a car anymore. I started googling I saw this Ram truck for a good price I applied for it Jim called me Monday morning while I was heading bk! He said how much can you put down I told him I was riding Tuesday paperwork was ready to go! Thanks Jim I'm bless

A great buying and trade-in experience at Triumph! Every team member, especially Dean, was courteous and transparent during the process. I let them know that I was traveling from Ohio to look at a particular vehicle and they actually held the vehicle for me and removed it from their website.
I arrived the next morning, the vehicle was just as nice as it was shown to be on the website, and a deal was struck! The buying/financing process was handled with diligence and clarity...so nice!
The icing on the cake: they had already ordered some pieces of cosmetic door pillar trim, but it had not arrived by the time that I purchased the vehicle...Triumph forwarded the parts to me at no extra cost. Now THAT'S customer service!

Excellent car dealership is an understatement! From the moment I walked in I was given the greatest customer service by Jim. My car was stolen and I was at my wits end with the dealerships I visited prior to coming to this one. After test driving multiple cars I narrowed it down. The next process was handled by the coolest, nicest, business savvy gentleman named John. He helped me get financed and displayed great patience during the process. Next was Dean making sure my car was ready to drive off in. I wish I could rate more! Please make this your first stop when car shopping!

After having shopped at a number of dealerships, our experience with Triumph Auto Sales on the purchase of our 2017 Chevy Silverado was very positive. I had been without a vehicle for weeks after a tree totaled my vehicle. I searched all over Memphis and surrounding areas for a particular style 4Runner.
