Run do not walk, both of my parents were here, my siblings and I had numerous meetings with Terri Palmore as well as Paul Martin, they made countless promises and didn't follow through. The amount of money my parents paid was substantial and it was the worst care I have seen in the industry. My parents were in the Alan Morgan Skilled Nursing and they NEVER had a full staff, the communication was horrible. I really felt that the employees were the ones running this facility. Both administrators that we spoke to, obviously didn't care about the well being of their clients. We have a full notebook of documentation on the problems we encountered. I truly feel sorry for anyone in the nursing facility. Just be aware if you have a loved one, plz do your research install cameras, be there everyday....very sad.We were told to touch base with the charge nurse, and we did, Sherry Riddle made me feel we were in the wrong for the concerns we had. It was truly a VERY SAD situation , after all they were PAID very well to take care of our parents. If I could I would of left a zero rating.

Avoid at all costs. These people are fine with their employees stealing from the elderly. A woman with a backpack has been walking into residents homes and stealing. This is unacceptable. This has been going on for years on end.

If you love your parents, don't send them to the manor. The independent and assisted living are worth mentioning but skilled nursing is a joke. Most of the CNAs should be fired. They would sleep, obsessive cell phone use and sitting in the dinner room where they couldn't see the alarm if your family member needed help. I was suspended from seeing my mother on her 95th birthday because I took her out during covid. I get it that I shouldn't have taken her out, but being outside where we drive away and never leave the vehicle is probably a safer environment than being inside the manor. My mother was going nuts being stuck on the 3rd floor. The point is that they wouldn't allow their son to visit her on her 95th birthday. He could have made an exception to allow me for the day, but it just shows his lack of compassion

There is never a better place to leave this life than here at Trezevant. My entry was 6/12/11 to a cottage with my 4 legged companion. He passed and I moved to the Manor and became adjusted to life (similar to dorm) in an even more exciting way in 2015. If you don’t like the layout of your unit, they are able to move walls, paint what colors you wish and lighting. In all ways. They are here to accommodate us. There is nothing here better than anything else, it’s all GREAT. The executive staff, the directors of the departments, all other employees, but especially the Residents! All care about each other in all ways. The food is especially good. We have 3 chefs and many cooks. In addition, the wait staff couldn’t be better, they know you by name, after a week. So courteous and attentive! There is never a day that doesn’t have activities. You are never commanded to do anything, you choose from a plethora. You can be driven by Trezevant bus to all medical appointments. Bus takes residents to activities off campus; groceries, planned city cultural events, walks and fine dining restaurants. These are just a few of transportation events. The best part of Trezevant is the CCC. You can choose for this plan which stands for continuing care community. Meaning that once you are accepted for this plan, if you run out of money, they will continue their comfortable care of you until your passing. How encouraging is that, your children won’t have to make the decision…you have done it for yourself! I don’t speak just for myself, each of us are enjoying the joy of “the golden years” here!

Most frustrating place I've ever worked in! The main side where independent living is is really really nice. Dining room is elegant, table cloths on all tables, decked out with center pieces, order off of a menu, with waiters taking your orders. Then on the other side, you have apartment and dining is pretty much the same as independent living, then comes Allen Morgan, even though it's pricey, it is pitiful. Honestly think that it's one of the worst places, not because of the workers helping the residents, although it could be better. It reminds me of a low budget nursing home making people pay high prices. We just had a storm go through and power was out. Independent has 2generators to keep lights and heat on, where Allen Morgan only has 1generator, so all residents were kept in bed to stay warm, most of the rooms got down to 66 and 65 degrees.

Friendly, kind, supportive staff and residents! Careful and conscious to meet our every need. Have lived here 10+ years (in a cottage and the manor) and am completely satisfied in each location. Free transportation to medical and dental appointments. Chapel, nurse, little store, beauty shop on campus. Small pets allowed. Multitude of activities for everyone who wishes to participate.
