I had SMILE last week-an amazing experience. Mary was thorough in everything. Dr. Armstrong was great. Obviously , I think Dr. Toyos hung the moon! As I am sure lots of people say…the only regret is I waited so long!

Not a good experience on so many levels. Started off at the Green Hills location and Winter is the worst, the entire time I was there she & her colleagues discussed other patients in my presence and was extremely rude to me. I had the lens replacement surgery which is just a cataract surgery, I am 8 months post opp and still having problems. Melissa was dismissive and Dr Toyos said a second surgery is needed. I finally got second opinion at MECA and now I’m on affordable drops (Toyos sold me at least 6 different drops on every visit) and new Dr said surgery would have made things worse. I only have dry eye which Toyos never said until 7 months & 10 prescriptions later. I am wondering if they are paying to have reviews removed because surely I am not the only one. The Memphis location was MUCH BETTER than Nashville, I was shocked.

Caring, compassionate, professional physicians. You truly feel you are being listened to and cared for. When a doctor takes the time to address all your concerns and answer all your questions it makes a huge difference in your care. The physicians at Toyos Clinic educate their patients and provide so many options to treat a variety of concerns. Patient intake is thorough and the procedures and cost are very clear. You can also follow Dr. Toyos on Tik Tok and You Tube. I highly recommend Dr. Melissa Toyos and the Toyos Clinic!

What a wonderful experience! From the front office staff to the clinicians, and physicians. The care you get from the entire team is exceptional! Highly recommended. My family and I have found a home for all our eye care needs moving forward.

Just absolutely great. Dr. Alison Moor, the front office staff is always helpful and courteous. Got my cataract surgery done by them. I would highly recommend them.

Lady who answered the phone was so nasty to me I was needing a prescription faxed over and I told her I’ll call back in about 15mins to check back to see if it got faxed and she said in a rude voice please don’t please don’t call me back .!! That’s so unprofessional and nasty.! Never had service like this .!!!

I completely agree with V Taylor. This place takes way to long to call patients back. My appointment was at 9.00 am. I arrived at 8:35, filled out some extra paperwork even tho I spent almost an hour filling out the same questions online just to book the appointment. It’s been an hour and still haven’t been called back. There has been 10 ppl that has come in after me and they’ve all been called before me. This is ridiculous! This was my second d time coming here and it will definitely be my last!

Truly ridiculous. I’ll never understand office staff that is rude and lazy unprovoked. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advanced and they called me at 4:30 the night before an 8:30 appointment to verify my information. I wasn’t able to get back to them given their short turnaround but I showed up early for my appointment ready to explain my insurance and get it all worked out. The receptionist was rude from the moment she spotted me, didn’t let me explain my insurance and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment threw a fit because she didn’t want to take the time to call my insurance company. It would have taken less than 10 minutes. I left, I’ve been having terrible headaches and NEED to see an eye doctor but this facility made it clear it wouldn’t happen here.

Dr Toyos has been amazing and helped me with MGD and my dry eye. He has had such an impact in my quality of life. His staff are friendly and caring as well. I highly recommend.

Toyo Clinic deserves zero stars !!!!!!!!I waited 45 min on the doctor I was never called back but everyone that arrived after me was called back to see the doctor! EVERYONE!!!!!I DECIDED TO JUST LEAVE AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES !!!!
