Darrell was my driver. This young man was polite & kind. Let me know what needed to be done & we worked together to get everything taken care of.

“My truck wouldn’t start, so I needed to get it over to Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM so they could take a look?. I didn’t get the guys name, but he was funny and fast!! He knocked. “One moment!!”, I said. Of course, my dogs are barking and he’s waiting at the door. I finally opened the door and said “Could you give me a minute? I’ll be right out sir.” He replied “All I need is the key? ma’am and you can finish playing with your dogs!” I hollered?? and gave the man my key. Then I watched him roll my truck back into the street like a pro!!! He RAN to the wrecker, jumped in and backed it up to my truck. The guy was moving so fast, I assumed he had done some work as a NASCAR pit crew member in the past!!! It took this man approximately 7 minutes....10 minutes at the max, to line up, load up and drive away with my truck. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. Entertaining, Professional and Fast!!!!”

He called the insurance carrier I had put him with and they were arranging his vehicle to be towed to the Subaru dealer. 3 days went by however and no tow truck showed up and he was upset. “Absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend this company. They actually helped me last weekend around July 15/16. The other company (Mace) lied & no one showed up. I was stranded for about 5 hours with no help & a low cell phone battery. Gleaves came in the timeframe that was given to me when I made the original call. They even called me when help was on the way. Richard was very professional when he showed up. After my car was moved from its stuck position, he even looked under my car to assess damage. He didn't have to do that but he cared for me as a person & not just doing a job to get the money. Richard is your guy in time of need. Thanks again Richard! “I just got off the phone with James and he has put my heart at ease. My son was involved in a one-car wreck and the gentleman that Visual Towing sent out was so kind and understanding. He quickly removed my son's vehicle from the side of the road. He flipped it over and allowed us to remove as many belongings as we could. He waited patiently for us to clear out my son's car. The next morning, I called Visual Towing and talked to James- they aren't even going to charge us for the tow: they are just going to accept his vehicle as scrap so we don't have to deal with it. “I needed a vintage truck towed from east Memphis to Bartlett. I was referred to Marion Towing. The driver, J. Holmes, was outstanding! I needed the truck loaded a certain way on the flat bed and he accommodated my request. When he dropped it off at my house I was thinking he could only put it in driveway but he was able to put it exactly in the garage where I needed it to be. He even made a few adjustments to make sure it was situated where I could work on it. Excellent service and he showed up at the time I had requested. I did not have to wait at all. “Everyone I spoke to or interacted with at Winchester Tire obviously understands what customer service is all about. My car I needed to be aligned. I dropped it off at 7:30am and it was ready in less than two hours. This was in stark contrast to my experience with the business I first took my car to for the alignment. I chose that shop because they are part of a well known chain and more convenient to me. The difference in service between that first business and Winchester Tire is 180 degrees apart. I wasted my time and money at the first place and my car was still not aligned properly. It is WORTH driving a little further to get first class service from friendly, competent people at a great price and in a reasonable amount of time. I will give Winchester Tire future business and recommend them to anyone.”
