The guy on the phone claimed to be the owner of the shop however he was very rude. He wouldn't even take the information on the vehicle to know the questions I was asking. pretty bad business practices to hang up on people trying to pay you for repairs.

We had a fender bender and needed someone to fix a dent in a bumper and replace an airbag. That's it. We were shoehorned into Top Gun by the insurance company as every other mechanic in the city had a multiple month wait but it probably would have amounted to the same thing. These people kept our car for FOUR MONTHS claiming they couldn't get an airbag even though they managed to order the wrong airbag FIVE TIMES. Eventually the only reason the car got fixed is they took it do a DIFFERENT MECHANIC and then invoiced us for the work on top of what they told the insurance company they had done. They NEVER contacted us, told is incorrect information about payment three times, tried to extract an additional thousand dollars when we picked up the car, and stole everything inside that wasn't in the glovebox.

The most unprofessional towing company in Memphis. Top Gun was called out by police to tow my vehicle after an accident, even though I had my own tow company enroute provided by my insurance, he still came anyway. I encountered a man by the name of Theo who called himself the owner of the establishment. I ask would he be able to tow my vehicle to the auto body shop where the insurance company recommended, which was in Bartlett. He stated no it was to far. So I asked him could he tow the vehicle to a closer shop recommended by the insurance company. He stated yes but he would need 150 in cash and that is what we agreed on. I made arrangements to get him the cash. He begins towing the vehicle and realized he was not going in the direction of the recommended shop. I flag the tow truck down and asked where he was taking the vehicle and he stated he was taking it back to his tow yard. I had to stop him before he could reach the tow yard and demand him to release my vehicle. He threatened to shoot me with a pistol and I had to call the police back because he refused to release the vehicle and was adamant about taking the vehicle to his tow yard where he said the insurance company could pick it up from the tow yard after paying additional fees….this was one of the worst experience of my life and DONT RECOMMENDED this company. I would recommend you call the city and request to have their contract voided with them from towing from any accident scene in the city.Service: Special vehicle towing

I was sleeping in at my Hotel at 0900 hours when this Tow company arrived with a very loud diesel truck and remained on the property for almost an hour. More than one resident at the hotel complained. No professionalism. The noisy truck shows a lack of public concern. No truck needs to be that noisy in a public space.
