Swung by to pick up some lumber I purchased online and Nick was quick to help me get it cut to size and on my way. He seemed busy but was polite and made time for me. I was able to complete my home DIY project in just a few hours. Thank you!

Called to rent a piece of equipment and associate informed me the inventory they had were all out of service. While I was asking if other stores had inventory, they hung up on me. I will never come back here again. Sunbelt Rentals is not much farther from me and they took care of me. I will be using them from now on.

I went to buy faux wood blinds for a few rooms. TeeJay approached and asked if I needed any help. He cut all my blinds perfectly and was just a lovely human being. He made my day! Very helpful, kind and patient. Bravo TeeJay and Home Depot for hiring lovely people like him.

Fantastic experience renting a tiller at our local Home Depot. The employee assisting us was very friendly and helpful and made sure we throughly understood how to use the equipment. She gave options for rental time including ways to save money. The equipment is in great shape and we looking forward to planting our first garden.

this used to be a fine home depot, but much like everything else in memphis it has gone downhill. been going here for years and i can tell you there has been a real decline...covid has only made it worse. - few lanes open for checkout - employees standing around chatting and ignoring customers - most employees are just warm bodies with zero knowledge - no one is in any particular hurry to get anything done pro tip - if you have a question about something find an employee who appears to be over thirty and you'll probably get results. what a shame.

It's a Saturday. No regular registers are open. Very little employees around. Service much much lower than what the customers need. Employees are very under trained and don't know the products. Lines to checkout are 12 people deep. Place is a mess. Don't recommend coming here. Pretty bad experience.

I went to home Depot 6/18/20 and bought some plumbing stuff I and I priced out replacing all gutters on house about 1200 worth and come back to buy the 1200 worth of gutter, brackets and stuff 6/23/20 I drove all the way out to home Depot on truse parkway memphis off poplar to buy all of it. The rude security guard lady not let me in cause I didn't have mask on.Well I didn't have mask on 6/18/20 so I had no idea u have to wear mask now and there was other people inside store without mask on top of this which aggravated me. So I wasnt about to drive all the way home for a mask. I went to Lowe's and spent 1342 and some change.they let me in. Home Depot has lost my business for good .and lost the $1300 too today. I'm done with home depot

Ordered on line three days ago for pickup , 10 fence boards that was three days ago. They show in stock. Now it will take me two to three weeks to get money back. Because they want accept phone calls at the store and can get my order ready. Wow save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Store #703 is the worst store I've ever been to. I'm curious as to why regional management have not overhauled this store. The best thing to happen was when they installed new self scanners. Now I don't have to talk to staff, who are lazy, unfriendly, and mostly useless (with the exception of a few good workers). My advise is to fire all management and 30% of floor staff. Disregard all seniority, and start fresh. High associate accountability for 1 year, watch your profits grow. It's not a hard decision.

Order online, pick up service at this store is horrible. We placed an order and came the next day for pick up then had to wait an additional hour and a half. Obviously the store has poor management.
