THIS STORE TOOK MY MONEY SAID THE TRANSACTION WAS CANCELLED. CALL MY BANK IT PROCESSED AND PAID THEM THE HATEFUL ROUDE TEENAGE WORKING CALLED THE MANAGER WHO BEGGED ME TO COME BACK MONDAY AND SHED FIX IT. WHEN I WRNT BACK MONDAY, THEY CALLED THE MANAGER AGAIN WHO SAID I HAVE NO RECEIPT, SO SHE CANT DO ANYTHING. NO I HAVE NO RECEIPT, BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WAS CANCELLED
I KNOW WHAT TIME I WAS THERE, AND SINCE IT CLEARED, THEY WOULD HAVE A COPY OF THE TRANSACTION
. I HAD A COPY OF MY BANK SHOWING IT CLEARED BUT NOBODY CARED. ITS NOT ABOUT THE 6.61, ITS ABOUT INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THEY DO THAT TO JUST ONE PERSON A DAY THEN SOMEONE IS BANKING A COUPLE HUNDRED A MONTH.

After being bought out by Smoker Friendly their Cigar prices went way up. The majority of the staff are either not friendly or down right rude. I've been going there almost every day for 5+ years. I'm now looking for another store close to home. Very disappointing.

It's an ok place .ya can buy in bulk and they don't look at you weird or like they are better than you prices are fairly good.And plenty of parking.

Manager was very hateful and wouldn’t allow me and my husband both to get the discount for buying 2 packs. She said we was considered as one since we came in the store together. I said to her but we both smoke and she said we should have determined that before we come in the store. We went down the road to Murphy’s and got our cigarettes for $20 cheaper a carton and the lady there was very helpful!!!

Loved it when the original owners had it. Changed Ownership 2 xs in less than a year. All of a sudden all of the original workers are gone. Still good prices but definitely not the same atmosphere. The name is now Smoker Friendly unless that's going to change again also.
