Had a great experience with Caleb and Titan in the buying end of this Tiller Attachment for my son’s tractor and our hunting camp. Hope the tiller will work up the HARD CLAY GROUND and give us a deep smooth seed bed!!!
Question? I assume there will be no need for major adjustments in PTO shaft to our Kabota 3301 4x4 tractor???

There was a mixup with my order of pallet forks that left me waiting for the second of two tines to arrive. Grace handled the whole thing with such pro-active energy and speed that I was very impressed. I was even more impressed when I got the news that my missing tines would arrive the next day. We'll done!

Website indicated grapple to fit John Deere 3025e tractor. Grapple received was too big for compact utility trailer. Called about returning the piece of equipment. Buyer is responsible for arranging the carrier and cost for return, plus a 20% restocking fee. Poor customer service. My husband and I purchase a lot of items online. Would never make a purchase from Titan again!

Josh, the sales representative, was friendly and courteous. He listened while I explained what type of equipment I needed and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He also ask several technical questions in order to match the equipment to my tractor. Now that I have received my equipment, I can see that it is very well built.

I just received my wall mounted cable machine put the base to gather everything was going smooth. I put the first chrome upright on and the bolts that are mounted inside were damaged I tried to back the bolt out and it sheered off. I figured no big deal they will just send out the new parts easy peazy. No chance terrible customer service my advice would be never order anything from Titan

I called and spoke with Cassandra on a Saturday, @ nearly closing time. She answered all of my questions quickly and professionally, and closed the sale on a set of forks. I'm impressed. It's now Monday morning, and I've already received notice from Titan that the shipment is ready and awaiting FedEx pick. Excellent customer service.

Just ordered my 1st set of pallet forks. Will say this has been a very positive experience. Ordered online one night and had question about the order, sent an email. Was contacted right away and my confusion was quickly cleared up! Little embarrassed that it was silly question, thanks for the professionalism! Forks will be here in a couple days. Super excited to put these forks to work!
