Cashier Britten was given $40 for a $16 purchase and to break a $20. He gave $3 and change and stole the remaining $20. Would’ve came back to the store but I called the manager Charlita? to complain . Karma will get him for stealing & poor kid will be probably be working in a mall store forever.

Not what it used to be, it's okay if you go there early in the morning, but in the late afternoon and evening it is not that pleasant. Garbage everywhere, loitering, sketchy atmosphere, lots of kids and teens running around without parents. Overall it looks like it's on a decline

Wolfchase used to be great but has since been riddled with crime and lowlife's. As a resident of the area for 10+ years I have been watching things go down hill. Sad. The stores here are struggling too.

Hey guys!! I headed out on this beautiful Saturday to window shop, nibble, walk, and shop a little bit- Upon my visit today I see that not one, not two, but at least three stores are closing--Permanently!there's a possibility of a fourth- and it's majority kids clothing stores along with motherhood Maternity too!! This is disappointing to see these kids/ motherhood stores leaving the mall. So far this is whose leaving the Wolfchase Mall: Crazy 8- confirmed* Gymboree- confirmed* (of course their closing all stores everywhere) still surprised!! Motherhood Maternity- confirmed* (they're non mall location will remain open) Children's place (possibly? Information from sales associate) Here are the sales/clearance: All of the above stores 50-75%off In the TIPS section I posted which percentage for each of those stores. Happy Shopping!

Mall with a progressively changing retail environment . Plenty of shops to choose from - soon to lose the Sears anchor store- with online shopping malls will need to reinvent their business models to meet their profitability goals . Providing a safe customer friendly focus will be their next steps where guards are not just guards but community relations officers as well

Low end mall with so, so selection of stores. Mall is policed by racist security guards racially profiling and removing innocent black people from the premises with no cause. Better to take your buddies elsewhere.

Racist mall managers constantly harassing PoC for no reason. Completely unsafe due to out of control off duty cops looking for reasons assault shoppers. I can't believe any national chains honor their leases and stay.

RACIST MALL. RACIST SECURITY. RACIST COPS. This mall ain't even fancy like that. Dress code. Foh. Even if it was fancy FOH with the dress code.

Racist owners, instituting racist policies. There is no written dress code policy for this mall, and yet they call offduty police officers to arrest people who are wearing hooded sweatshirts! SHAME!

I wish I had better to say about the "best" mall in the area, but it's mostly just "meh." Nothing majorly wrong, but for my personal taste, this mall doesn't have many options of what I like to do and buy. Thankfully they have some bomb ice cream and dessert shops now, and just opened an H&M... for those reasons, I think I'd have to give it 4 stars instead of just 3. My son also loves the carousel, which is a cool addition to an otherwise mediocre mall. Cool place to go, that's about it.
