As a touring musician/potter it was pretty scary when my dog and companion got really sick mid-tour. All the vets and techs were amazing to my girl and to me, and she’s bouncing back well.

Really disappointed at how the care has become “fee” focused. My lab has had ear infections before and this last time the treatment didn’t work on the first try. They did test for what was causing the infection but when I requested another round of treatment, Dr. Walsh was very rude and demanded another exam and more lab work because she was not our regular vet. Isn’t that what a chart is for? Her reasons were nonsense (the medication might make my dog sicker if she didn’t examine her first?!?) When I pointed out that she just needed a second round Dr. Walsh said their office manager would call me. That was 2 months ago, never heard from them. Good news, I ordered her ear medicine from Amazon for $12 and now she’s fine.

We love EVERYONE at the Pet Hospital! I took my two Spaniels there for years, they lived till age 16. Now they love my two Golden boys and care for them as if they were their own, and, in an emergency situation they calm and care for me too (worried dog mom). My Goldens had a grape eating incident that actually should have killed them. Every person in the practice cared and loved on my boys 24/7 for a week. SAVED THEIR LIFE! They are the best!!!

Dr. Raelyn Pirtle has cared for all of my fur babies for years. She is amazing ! Wonderful bedside manner, so kind and caring. Always knowledgeable with anything I may need. Kudos to Dr. Pirtle & her staff. ?

I love this vet's office. We have seen a few of the vets and they are all wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, caring, compassionate and always willing to let you know in advance how much something will cost you. And give you the option to do it or not. Best part is they are very reasonable and cheaper than others.
