I've had a wonderful year living at The Citizen. The location in Midtown is fantastic, with an array of restaurants, bars, stores, and services just a short walk away. The convenience of having everything I need within reach has made daily life so much easier and more enjoyable. My apartment is cozy with a beautiful view of downtown Memphis and stunning sunsets. The Citizen provides a safe, comfortable, and inviting space to call home. The management team (Brittany and Zach) is excellent and has addressed any issues I’ve had quickly and professionally. Overall, this place has been an excellent choice, blending convenience with comfort perfectly.

When we first moved in the shower water pressure was great and very high. A few days later it's significantly lower than it used to be. Submitted a maintenence request but nothing changed. A bit disappointing. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't for this.
