Selling a home of 43 years is as emotional as it is financial. I tried other realty companies. If you want to sell your house quickly, call Stacey and Rik of the Berry Team at Keller Williams. They advised me on what needed to be done before listing to attract buyers. They even had names of repairmen to call before and after the home inspection to expedite any repairs needed. Professional photos were shown online and two open houses were held to keep the interest alive. My house sold quickly and at a great price so I can definitely recommend them. If you have property to buy or sell, you should give them a call.

Stacy and Rik made our sale happen. Using a knowledge of financing and mortgages, they worked closely with our prospective buyers to help them over some serious obstacles with his credit. They also helped oversee repairs when we could not be there and connected us with expert service people who charged a fair price for the work they did. In short, The Berry Home Team knows the Memphis market and used that experience to sell our home to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller.
