Today was the best experience at Ten Karats Virgin Hair . I got a hair and scalp treatment service that was wonderful and included a steam treatment and essential oil added in my treatment and the great massage scalp therapy and wonderful relax atmosphere and everyone in the salon and the owner at wonderful . And also the BEST Virgin hair in the city ,I’m a 12 year customer.

I wanted to try this hair since I love bundles and I tried the Standard Collection and was told the hair was good quality and no shedding. The hair sheds so bad! I was going to go back and try the Platinum collection but I’m scared since the basic was so bad. I can add a photo to show the results of how bad it sheds after combing it

I had a girl's trip to Houston leaving the next morning w/ no idea what I was going to do to my hair. And I still had to go to work that day, so the time crunch that I was in was crazy. I washed my hair, threw a hat on, and went to 10 Karat cause I knew they had good quality hair. She didn't just sell me the unit, she put it on for me. I appreciate that cause I don't know what Im doing, lol. She got me right together and fast! I walked out looking Brand New!... They have other services too. I highly recommend.

I stopped by the store aiming to buy a few hair bundles due to dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from another vendor. The owner evaluated my current hair situation and honestly advised that my hair wasn't poor quality but needed better products. She suggested specific items and shared some valuable advice, leading me to make a purchase there. The transformation in my hair has been mind blowing! My hair has significantly improved from me having to brush and apply excessive oil to keep it manageable constantly. Three days post using the suggested products, my hair maintains its curls, feels soft, bouncy, and oil-free, and doesn't tangle. I'm grateful for the owner's sincerity and advice, and I plan to continue shopping there in the future!

This place is very unprofessional and customer service is terrible ! I went in and purchased hair my receipt says 581.00 and that night I received several calls saying I should have charged you 20 more dollars from the owner omg! Well the owner insisted that she would meet me or I could Zelle her or cash app I was so appalled ? the owner rang me up and charged my card I mean she harassed me Friday and called me twice early Monday morning harassing me for 20 dollars that business must really be in need …harassment for 20 dollars you say you should have charged that’s her fault …So people if you go there check your card if you use one ….only in Memphis ….further more this company is not being truthful the owner called me 3 times Friday which I had two missed called and I answered the 3rd call and on Monday I received 2 calls I missed 1 and when I told her I would take care of it that day because I had a dr app out that way I called the salon too speak with the owner too get her cash app but the staff would not give it too me and I spoke with about 3 different ppl and the owner wanted too use Venmo Zelle or stated I will meet u or cash app when she contacted me and they hung up in my face twice and the owner was persistent in contacting me for 20 dollars …this company is ? seriously unprofessional trust me not professional at all you try too do what’s right and staff hang up in my face ….and told me to respond through email and then late that night I received 2 more calls i didn’t answer (I was at work )and being honest this company is truly MEMPHIS so you gonna harass a customer cause you charged them 561 and called and said you should have paid 581 my receipt says 581 ?I ain’t stole nothing I gave you my card and that’s your fault and then wonna be rude and unprofessional cause you used your cash register ? wrong not my fault but I’m not gonna put up with rude unprofessional employees ….In this company’s response they are not being truthful …?

Love every time when I book with Moe, she is professional and makes me feel comfortable during my service especially when I get a shampoo! I went in for a braid down. I was practicing on doing my own wig and Moe very informative on giving me steps and direction on helping me out definitely a 10/10 experience, I will most definitely be coming back again and booking with Moe!

I just left to get hair for my birthday and T was EXCEPTIONAL. She was very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. She builds rapport and is on her A game. I will definitely be back to support because of employees like Tiera.
