Cole helped us sell our house and buy our new house. He was incredibly kind, easy to deal with, and seemed limitless in his willingness to accommodate any need or want that I had during the process. Even with the high prices, and the slowing market, he was able to sell my house in a matter of days, for an amount that exceeded my expectations. My house sold for more than anyone else's around me and I have to believe it was the way he did his business. He was able to get me everything I asked for on my purchase also. He Even got them to let me keep the kitchen table we loved. Can't say enough. Would recommend and use again.
